Best Online Cabinets Avis 

Cabinets were received with some items damaged and all the drawer and door handles missing. Contacted BOC for replacements, which they sent, but it took almost 2 months.
I also reported that 2 of the base cabinet doors are warped, and they said they are sending replacements, but it’s been over a month and they haven’t shipped them yet.
Add to this that the premarked holes for the door hinges don’t line up with the hinges, so you have to guess, and the drawer boxes and drawer fronts aren’t predrilled or marked, so you’re on your own. It’s been impossible to get the doors and drawers to line up. Also, some items had no instructions at all.

Quality product, the cabinets look great.
The customer support was immediate and excellent !

From the BOC sales team to the Service Department, they were polite, patient, professional and good to deal with. Despite the pandemic delays in shipping, which was beyond their control, my experience was excellent. Quality product, quality company and quality people. I am pleased.
I will use BOC the next time i remodel a kitchen.

cabinets were just what i expected and easy to assemble and install. The only problem I had was the slow shipping of my order. The sales person sent me a E-mail explaining the delay and offered me an 10% discount off my entire order if I still wanted to wait. I told him that would be fine. The cabinets are up and look great but I still have not received the 10% refund as offered.

Best online cabinets was so easy to work with! From helping to figure out my kitchen layout to ordering and picking up. I'll definitely order from them again.

We ordered the Huntington Shaker cabinets and the quality was very poor. They showed up with a door that had fallen off one of the cabinets, hardware mounted incorrectly and a crooked drawer face. Also, we ordered the Huntington Trash Pullout. The trash cans are TINY! They are the size of office trash cans, not kitchen trash cans!

Have been using best online cabinets for 8 years. Had used a few other companies prior to. None of the others have been able to match the customer support boc has provided from the very beginning. Not to mention better pricing than anyone else. Fabulous product outstanding customer service everything I require from my suppliers.

Quality was great, build was good even though one of the door screws stripped the wood... thankfully hubs is handy and fixed that and instructions are not thorough- forgot to include a step prior to finishing the build. Definitely love my new vanity in long run.

The website doesn't tell you whether the items are in stock. I wasn't notified until after placing the order that thre items weren't in stock. They offered to refund or said it would take1.5 - 2 months for delivery. We opted to wait. It's now been more than 2 months. They never contacted me to notify us of further delay, and when I contacted them, they said they can't estimate a new delivery date. I only gave them 2 stars because they were nice and responsive. However, nothing makes up for not being able to reliably deliver products. They offered me alternatives, just to then respond that none of those were in stock, either!

Great value and quality! Directions poorly written or nonexistent. But with that I would purchase from them again. Very good Customer service.

Update (4/5 stars):
BOC emailed me after I posted my review and offered to make things right. I felt the options they gave me left me to pick something less favorable than my original expectation (I had expected the quality to match that of the sample door), which is why I am still giving this review 4 stars. We ended up going with an appearance allowance. This has helped me accept the condition their in. They're beautiful despite the flaws.

I wouldn't use BOC again, but I appreciate all that they did to make things right. If you don't mind small hairline fractures, scratches, and dings then they may be right for you as their prices are good and their customer service great.

Almost every single item had defects (including the doors). It was so exhaustive that I ended up asking that basically only doors be replaced. So far every replacement has flaws. Almost like they reserve flawed items for that purpose and hope you'll just walk away. It's been an exhausting and disappointing experience. On a positive note, I can say that their customer service was pretty good. They always got back with me and worked through the issues.

I had to buy two kitchens over the course of a year. One was my personal kitchen, the other was for a rental unit. I bought my cabinets from The RTA store. I thought they were great until I received the cabinets for my rental unit from Best Cabinet Online. The plywood is thicker and higher quality. The cabinet backs are far better quality. They are much easier to assemble. They were also lower cost. I had two doors with minor imperfections in them. Best Online Cabinets replaced them with no issues. This is a first class company and they gave me a first class experience.

The cabinets I wanted were no longer available though you so I went elsewhere

We recently remodeled our kitchen. We used best online cabinets and we're extremely happy with the quality and the service. One of the cabinets was packaged incorrectly and they replaced it no questions asked. I will use online cabinets again in the future.

Got the thermofoil flat panel cabinets. FAR superior to the big box Swedish store and comparable in price. Service from BOC blows the Swedish store out of the water. Everything arrived exactly when they said it would and they were quickly responsive to every question I had. Shout out to Anthony in customer service for being so helpful. A+++++

I like the cabinets but they were the wrong style which caused me to have to cut them to fit and one of the doors was broken upon delivery. It was replaced but this project was a hassle
