BEST Removals & Storage Avis

We were very happy with the service we received. From start to finish they were professional, efficient, friendly and very helpful - keeping us updated about how and when the move would happen. They didn’t even complain when I changed my mind about the position of several pieces of furniture! Thanks guys 😊

Aiden & myself researched and were quoted by a few removal companies, and Best came out on top for us.
From our first point of contact with Diane, right through to moving day she kept us well informed with phone calls and emails, nothing was too much trouble.
Moving day was seamless, Richie and the lads were amazing, couldn’t fault them.
Excellent pricing, worth every penny.
Highly recommend this company.

Mark and the team were brilliant over the last couple of days with our house move in Manchester. They turned up promptly on both days (packing day 1, moving day 2) and were hardworking and diligent in the removal process.

Diane and Helen were both lovely to deal with on the phone too, and were very patient in answering questions and prompt in providing updates.

I wouldn't hesitate to use BEST again (I don't think I'd use anyone else now!) - thank you for making a stressful process much easier with your dedication and hard work!

Quick, friendly and professional. An excellent service making a long distance move a less stressful experience than it could have been. I would highly recommend.

Really great customer service from the beginning of the process and throughout. We used the packing and delivery service to move home. The packing was complete swiftly and all our fragile items were protected.

The lads that turned up both days were friendly and clearly wanted the process to be as stress free as possible.

Diane was really great at answering all our questions and was really helpful in getting our move date work. Thanks so much to the team!

have recent used Best Removals and Storage and they have been a breath of fresh air. Very professional service throughout my move and accommodating with my storage requirements whilst work was to go ahead at my new home. As well as re-delivery 2 months later.
Home survey conducted of the move noting items to be dismantled and rebuilt. Professional team of Scott and Mark as well as lots of other professional team members. Office support from Diane and Helen ensuring communication at all time. Can’t speak more highly of these and if you are looking for a home move and for a company to take the stress out of it all for you Best are your first port of call. Credit where credit due. Highly recommend to anyone

I was really happy with Best Removals & Storage from start to finish. Helen and Diane were brilliant throughout, keeping in regular contact to check on progress and completion dates, which made everything feel organised and stress‑free. The in‑person survey was really helpful too, proper old‑fashioned customer service where it felt like they genuinely cared about getting things right.

On the day, everything went smoothly. The team arrived with a very large truck, so there were no worries about space, and all my belongings were transported safely and efficiently. The three removals guys were friendly, helpful, and worked incredibly hard. Overall, a really positive experience and I’d happily recommend them.

The removal team turned up on time and quickly loaded up the van. They had good advice about where to put things on arrival. Nothing was too much trouble and they took the stress out of the day.

I recently used BEST Removals and Storage for my house move, and I couldn't be happier with the service. From the first enquiry through to the final box being unloaded, the team was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. They handled everything with great care, kept me informed throughout, and made what could have been a stressful day completely hassle-free. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend BEST Removals and Storage to anyone looking for a reliable, first-class moving company. Thank you for an exceptional service from start to finish!

I would highly recommend the Best Removals team. The office were really helpful and understanding early in the organisational process. Really understanding of the delays and uncertainty around a move.

We chose to get the packing option as well which was absolutely worth the money. The moving and packing team were lovely, helpful and really hard working. Everything arrived intact and on time. Well worth the money!

We used Best Removals & Storage for our recent house move and we are so pleased we did! From the initial quote and all the way through to having everything unloaded in our new home, the whole team were amazing! Every interaction was friendly & professional, they could not have been more helpful and communicated throughout the process. On the day the team were amazing, super efficient and made our moving day experience completely stress free! Thank you to everyone at Best Removals & Storage for such great service. Would highly recommend!

We honestly can’t thank Best Removals enough. The team arrived to help us move to our new home. 4 of the team turned up, 2 being trainees. They were all friendly polite & worked hard. One of the team who was leading the trainees was exceptional. Nothing was to hard, if a problem occurred his way was we will work it out & they did. We had big wardrobes & a small staircase - the boys sorted it.
Highly recommend Best removals. Lovely bunch & very professional 😊

Best Removals were excellent. I would highly recommend them. The quote they gave us was less than half that of the one I had received from a removal company I approached. The guys were friendly, efficient and quick - it all went very smoothly.

Great all round service ensured that the move was completed with less stress than expected! Fantastic team effort that delivered everything we hoped for. Care and patience moving our artwork in a way that gave us peace of mind was the reason we would recommend anyone who has similar concerns about moving valuables to use Best Removals and PODS!

We used BEST Removals & Storage to help my family move a few weeks ago right in the middle of the crazy heatwave but Scott, Diane and their team was great they came to pack everything and moved it all to our new place the day after. Everything arrived safely and efficiently despite the crazy heat. It was the first time we used a removal company and definitely will use them again, they answered all our questions and the price was good and well worth it for all the work involved. We got quite a few other quotes but being a family run local business and competitive pricing it was easily the most comfortable choice.

Professional service, polite well mannered staff, turned up exactly when they said they would. Arrived earlier than expected on move day. Hottest June day on record and worked there butts off.
My only criticism would be for the person who was delivering boxes, were supposed to call when on route and no packaging paper delivered with the boxes. This meant I had to buy bubble wrap.
So I huge thanks to the staff at Best from all concerned from start to finish!

Would thoroughly recommend Best Removals and Storage. My items ended up being stored longer than i had initially expected but any queries i had were never any trouble and Helen and Diane were brilliant at communicating all the arrangements

I have used them before so that says everything!
From the moment I rang and spoke to Diane, her customer service is outstanding, handled all my queries and talked me through the process. We used best for storage foe 3 and a half months, the furniture came out unmarked and no musty smells. The removal lads were brilliant, polite care and well trained under Mark. Brilliant and professional service. Thank you Best

Great experience, quiet expensive, but lovely team, loading and uploading with a good care, really patient.
Highly recommended.

The guys did an absolutely amazing job, no issues no moaning (even with the heavy stuff) just got on with the job at hand. Made the stress of the day so much easier even when we got the keys and previous owners were still in the house. Thanks again for all your hard work
