I wish to leave a positive review to credit Hannah Whelton on all of her help during the process of tiling my bathroom floor.
Hannah went above and beyond to gain utmost insight into what we wanted in our bathroom tiles and with her patience, hard work and personal touches we were able to achieve this. My family and I love our new bathroom floor and much of this is down to Hannah’s assistance and advice. Hannah is a credit to Best Tile. She was a pleasure to deal with and the service she provided was excellent. I will certainly be returning to Best Tile in the future and would hope to deal with Hannah again.

Fantastic stock. Customer service is amazing. Hannah was very helpful and had great design insight into our project. She offered alternative solutions to any problem we faced and really seemed to care that we left the shop feeling happy. 10/10

Best tile is one of the most well laid out tile showrooms I have ever visited. I have a chain of businesses all over the world and best tile covers the floors of them all. On top of that their customer service is phenomenal. During my previous visit I met a lovely lady named Hannah. She had a bubbly abstract personality. On entering the store Hannah complemented my fashion sense and we have been working together since. She helped me tile my house & businesses head to toe while keeping within my budget target. Hannah emailed me straight away when I had any issues and had great advice in regards to cleaning and maintaining my Moroccan tiles. Thank you Hannah for your continued hard work 🙏

Best Tile in Waterford have a fabulous showroom with a huge range of tiles in stock, so no waiting weeks for tiles to come into stock. I found Hannah & Mark very helpful with a great knowledge of the styles available and new trends. I would definitely recommend Best Tile Waterford

Beautiful & unique tiles. Really good customer service. We ran out of tiles half way and had to order additional tiles. I contacted Best Tile through facebook and they were very quick to response. David understood my situation and he sent a request to the warehouse to prioritize my order so I can receive the tiles as quickly as possible.

Excellent selection of tiles. They had the best selection that I could find in Ireland. The staff are very helpful. Its great that you can take them away with you on the day.

I am writing this as well as besttile.ie as they are the same company!
Confirmed purchase I have email proof of what I am about to write.
I ordered tiles through the owner Mark. I paid a £300 deposit so he would make up samples from a colourcard. I requested hexagon tiles with a cream star off centre. I also ordered them in a different colour in a smaller amount. The tiles were meant to be ready within 12 weeks but took 6 months by this time we could not take delivery so I asked them to hold them which they did. I received the tiles start of May. Both colours had the star in the centre which I didn't agree or request. Basically Mark has said it is my fault as the invoice states "pink star" the yellow stated "off set star" so he will only replace the yellow! All the images I was sent, both colours the star was in the corner, which is the legally binding visual contract used for online purchases. The invoice is dated before I even paid a deposit but he is using the non discriptive invoice as an excuse not to resolve. He has been rude, abrubt and now will not respond at all. I have asked for their complaints procedure but nothing, no response no offer to resolve or even discuss. I have messaged besttile boutique the UK store and they will not respond either. He told me he will not pay £200 to deliver new tiles yet he will replace the yellow due to invoice wording! He could sort both together but he is being stubborn. The tiles are also different thickness, he told me this is normal. I have 6 different encaustic tiles from 2 different companies and not 1 tile is different thickness so this is not true! I also received different size stars to what I ordered in both colours and he has said he will only replace if I drive 135 miles to the UK store "with a few boxes" (18 boxes that arrived on a pallet) in my car! That is his final offer! I have had Trading standards and a solicitor go through the correspondence. The visual contract has been void due to this Companies error but they are not willing to even talk to me let alone respond. Tiles are also cheaply made in Vietnam I was told and website states they are hand made in Morocco. I found their twitter which has gone due to complaints.
Very helpful when your ordering but they are unprofessional and childish with complaints. I have now had to order a different tile from a better company and will now start legal proceedings for a refund. Please reconsider before lining this Companies pockets, there are so many better places out there. I am in an interior group of 30k and on insta with some greatly followed accounts, they have seen the correspondence and I have so far lost them nearly 20 sales. People have been disgusted by his replies!

A big shout out to Mark and the team at Best Tile. 5 Star service from the time I sent an enquiry by email to continuous communication by phone and mail, thank you. Super fast delivery, tiles perfectly packaged and all perfect. I also bought the sealer which my tiler highly recommended and am happy to have done so to protect them as they are for back splash. Love them love them love them. Thank you again, Ill order again!
