Their prices and service can't be beat. I have used this company for many years. It does take a little longer to get the items but just plan accordingly. You can pay more for faster shipping as well. The prices and the customer service is the best. They truly care about their customers. Thank you BestVetcare!

We have two dogs that are more inside dogs than outside dogs but they still manage to get fleas and ticks. A few years ago the flea problem was so bad that it took a couple of months to get the house back to normal and they drove our dogs crazy. Not long after that someone told me about bestvetcare and I made my first order. After the first order I got on a subscription and the product has been delivered on time every time. The service has been good and the product fantastic.

Horrible customer service. I first time EVER placed an order through this website. It was few items for stray kittens I rescued. So put all my information as usual. Paid. Next day getting an email that says Order was collected and soon will be shipped but before that please give us a call to discuss something. I called immediately but no one responded. Agents are busy assisting other customers please leave a message. I left a voicemail but never got response. Then I sent an email asking why they ask me to call? They said since it’s my first order they have to make sure that address is correct. And they ask me in that email to confirm my address. I said yes everything is right thank you. Asked if shipping can be expedited since needed to dewormed babies. They said no usually order arrives in 7 days. And also they mentioned in the email that my order now in transit. However again asking me to call them, and guess what??? Never picked up the phone. Option to chat with the agent through website also not working. So I can only communicate with them through the email. And then finally I received an email about my order being cancelled and I’ll get my refund soon. But remember they mentioned my order being in transit? So I sent them email with questions like what is going on with my order why was it cancelled???? And they responded with. Sorry for the inconvenience but your order being cancelled due to ME NOT RESPONDING TO THEIR CALLS. They are never ever called me even once. And never responded to my calls. I called at least 4 times. But even if the calls were not answered I still chat with them through the email. I confirmed my address as they asked. So what the heck??? I’m so frustrated with them. Because they messed up my order and blamed me for that. Is that the way you guys making business??? I have all the emails and calls when tried to reach you. I didn’t order something simple. I needed those deworming liquid to save stray kittens and help them. It’s crazy. But I guess it’s a good thing that they messed up. It’s not serious and they don’t care about customers AT ALL!!! Very disappointing experience.

My Dogs have been taking Nexgard for 6 years an for the last year, they've been itching an scratching every night for the past few months, I really think there's a problem here .

I ordered flea meds on July 19, 2024 and I still haven’t received the order (now August 14, 2024). The Best Vet Care customer service is terrible too.

Took at least 6 weeks to receive my order of Simparica Trio and then I realized this came from overseas. So, unless you have a month or two to wait for your shipment, you might want to reconsider. The labeling on the box says it comes from Belgium, but I think I remember the mailing label on the box said China. Not positive since I no longer have that label. Now when I try and log on to their website it says it's "not available in your area", which is suspicious considering I went on their website to order.

I ordered something on June 6. They say they have sent it, it is 2 weeks later and yet the tracking info they gave me says that they still haven't given my package to the delivery company. I have been getting the run around with everyone telling me different information. Let's see if they reimburse me the money.

Took longer than expected in receiving Simparica TRIO. Finally received two boxes as ordered but they were somewhat smashed etc. Frankly I do not feel comfortable giving these to my pet since I cannot be sure they are authentic... a loss of money since I doubt that any refund would ever come my way after reading some reviews. Learning my lesson on this one and never again.

Do they ship to Canada ??? Are there products authentic

I Ordered 3 boxes of NexGard chewable flea and tick prevention tablets and received them in 12 days. I have been ordering from them for over 3 years and I am very happy with the quality of the products. I also order Nuheart hearworm tablets. Great value for the money since I have many dogs. I volunteer for a dog rescue and we order ours from them. Thank you BestVetCare for making my life easier and saving me money.

Poor customer service. I ordered flea and tick monthly pill and heartworm pill.
Received the flea and tick pills but not the heartworm pill. On the invoice is written refund on the heartworm.
I didn't receive the refund nor can I get in contact with a company rep.
Phone just rings till it stops, e mail unanswered, text messages unanswered.
Very frustrating.
