They run out of feed fast. Especially if it’s in the sun. Also the ants get into easily and ruined the juice. First one I had the hook broke off. Second one top broke. Would not recommend.

I put this down to a bad choice on my part.However what is more concerning is that this company has since debited my bank account on 2 occasions for some spurious subscription which I have never authorised.Fortunately my bank detected this last attempt and blocked the payment. BEWARE!

I left the below review on 04/06/26...
fell for it. Thought the glasses would work wonderfully so I paid $51 on March 10, 2026. They’re terrible they don’t really work like they advertise and there’s scratches all over them and I take care of them. Today, April 6, 2026, they charged me $21 for a pair I never ordered. When I was ordering the first pair, they kept trying, more than once, to get me to buy another pair for a discounted cost. I denied all of that and just got one pair, which is all I wanted and glad that’s all I paid for. I would return them, but I have an idea that would be a huge ordeal.
I am happy to say that Besyner came through and went above and beyond to make it right!!

I keep having money withdrawn from my account without my approval and when I call to stop it the message is our phones are unattended. I will continue to call to have them stop, but I do not advise anyone to purchase from this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They DO NOT DO what you said,I played $74.43 Australian then you took out another $44.15 out of my bank for nothing. I am a pensioner and can't afford to spend money on stuff that does not work.

I bought these glasses in good faith they took 3x weeks to arrive and don't work as advertised and besyner then tried to take a unauthorized subscription payment I've had to get my bank to block them from doing it buyers beware it's all a scam

The product was beautiful. However, it was pictured as a large wreath on the front door, but to my surprise turned out to be only 11 inches. Of course I was disappointed and emailed the company. They bent over backwards and addressed my concerns IMMEDIATELY. Angelina went above and beyond to help me and emailed me every day. She is by far the best customer service representative I have ever had the pleasure of working with.We came to an amicable compromise. To be honest, I felt a little sad when we concluded because she was an amazing person. The company struck gold when they hired her. She is definitely an asset to their corporation. In conclusion, I would consider purchasing future products from the company based on the experience I received with customer service.

Bought the socks on Nov. 27th 2025 and they were delivered Dec 22nd .....Now I’m trying to cancel these “ VIP MEMBERSHIP “ U$ 29,95 monthly that they add to my invoice for "FREE ",and I didn't ask for it
On their website said is easy to cancel your membership just use your email and Order # to login … but doesn’t work… They are running a " BIG SCAM “.
It’s unbelievable how people want to take advantage of everything and won’t do an honest job.

Although I did not understand that I had signed up for the VIP status when I ordered German reading glasses and would be charged $29.95 per month, I called 877-308-4145 and spoke with Robert. He stated that he would request cancellation of the VIP status and reimburse my credit card for a $29.95 charge. I call that excellent service. I did receive the reading glasses from Germany and have been pleased with them.

Apparently the £59.99 was requested as a subscription, nothing to do with any purchase. This advert was through You tube so never, NERVER believe You tube adverts
