Used to be a decent company, but not any longer.
Customer service dreadful, never answer your query properly.
No loyalty bet credits anymore, take ages to pay out on winning bets, don't let you bet in running if your horse is winning, live streaming is hit and miss and the agents speak to you disrespectfully.

Extremely dodgy practice - I had to chase repeatedly for almost a month to get the 'joining offer', only to find that the joining offer was deceptive. Though you get £x of free bets - if you win with those bets, a £10 magically becomes £1 or even less. Same with all their daily 'offers' - despite winning many bets, I have very little money to show for it. I felt these were all false promises attempting to entice new customers. The app was easy enough to navigate, unfortunately the company wasn't.

This site used to be fair. You'd win some you'd lose some. But now its constant losses. Ive hit the SUPER bonus on a slots game after spinning over 100 times. I was paid 4p winnings from the super bonus. Not the regular bonus, the super bonus thats hard as nails to hit. I opened an account and placed a £10 bet in order to get £30 in free bets. The next time I tried to login my account was closed permanently. Online chat agent won’t tell me why. Don’t trust these scammers!

I told them in 2022 I am a gambling addict with brain damage and should not gamble anymore. They replied with a template And allowed me to continue betting for 4 more years until I said the same thing again which finally got them to flag my account and stop me betting.

I would of given 5 stars a few months ago. But since then have felt like i was no longer wanted as a customor.
They even made me change my password daily now they need a Mobile phone number so i can verify my account.
I do not own a mobile phone nor will i ever own one. So was told: I completely understand how frustrating this may be, however we do require for accounts to have a verified phone number as a part of Account Verification.: I have a PHONE NUMBER (landline) So over 30 years with them gone. They never even mentioned the £200 of bets i have with them and how to withdraw funds if needed.
