Changed my mind about this Company… a horse was showing at 1/3 so I put £100 on it. Then they took the betting down. When the betting came back up it was 20/1 !! With no chance !! I tried to cancel the bet / cash out but the system wouldn’t let me. They say their technical team have reviewed the betting but say the race was always showing SP. Wrong. Think they put horses up at very short prices to tempt you to back them then change all the prices. There can be no other explanation. BEWARE !!
I’ve been in touch with “customer service” and Noah was very rude and abrupt. What a way to treat customers !! Got no joy when I asked Senior Management to review the matter. They just fobbed me off saying it had been reviewed !!

Players £60 to win on one game and eventually got a bonus of £53. Then won another £50 . That was Friday. Withdrew £130 after winning a few more £10s. Its extremely hard to win anything decent. I literally had to keep going back to the same games to dry and drop a bonus. It literally is dead spins for at least £10 of your money. Played again £70 last night. Dead spins on a game i kept trying to win on. Just played £30 again trying to win on that game. Just dead spins. I wouldn't say it's an enjoyable site. Very disappointed with the site I have staked over 250,000 and probably nearer 500,000 pounds and I have had one yes one free five pound bet. They say I am a valued customer which is a joke. And now after sending in my wage packet now two weeks later that’s want to see a bank statement . This is very intrusive and apparently it to do with money laundering. I am a valued customer and get insulted by this intrudion. Clearly they do not value anybody I would avoid and go elsewhere
A pretty generic answer and dodging answering relevavent points going on about promotions when I never mentioned the word promotion. Restricted for no given reason
I opened my account in May and have placed fewer than 10 bets since then. I put a few bets on the horses over the last couple of days, and this morning I received an email saying my account had been restricted due to a “trading decision”.
I’m genuinely confused as to what I’ve done wrong. The only thing I can think of is that I won £10 on a 10p scratch card yesterday (that I paid for - not even a promo scratchcard). If that’s the reason, it seems a bit strange that a betting site would restrict customers for winning in good faith - it rather defeats the object! 😅
It’s disappointing to be treated this way when I’ve done nothing wrong.

Thank you for your response. Can you help me understand what I did that was so unusual? A couple of football bets, a few horse bets here and there. £5, £10, £20 bets, nothing major. £10 win on a scratchcard. Only 9 bets in less than 2 months. I did hit 2 bonuses but they were £3 and £1.70 so pretty damn awful but honestly outside of that its like 20 spins all dead spins move to next game 15 spins all dead spins move to next game 10 spins all dead and its like that practically all the time.
