Patience and consistency are all well and good, but the issue is promoting the service by claiming a certain amount of pips in profit versus loss. In reality, your PNL report is misleading because most people cannot actually achieve those profit levels.

Firstly, if a stop loss is hit, all orders are filled and result in a total loss, which is significant. However, on winning trades, often not all orders get filled. When this is pointed out, your response is to 'look at the PNL,' but you cannot compare profit and loss based on pips that way. No logic ?

Even if we assume all orders fill, who actually holds all layers until the exact pip count shown in your PNL? You record the maximum price the market reached, but nobody closes all their orders exactly at that peak after holding everything. If they did, the report would be accurate, but that is practically impossible.

For safety, you advise closing half at 100 pips. If so, who is holding the remaining portion until the final pip count in the PNL? Some may close at TP2, and there’s a high chance the remaining hold hits Break Even.

Specifically, those playing only 1–2 layers can’t reach those profit figures because they close at the first target or at 100 pips as instructed. While who plays many layers have a chance for higher profits, but a few SL hits result in a heavy loss. Nobody holds every single layer until 450+ pips, and as mentioned, often not all orders fill anyway.

For example, if someone playing 1 layer they had 5 wins in February, that’s 500 pips (closing at 100 pips each). With 4 losses totaling 370 pips, the final profit is only 130 pips. Sure, you could profit more by holding profiting trades instead of closing at 100, but who knows it will profit more ? Although if it hits BE, the profit won't match the risk taken.

Ultimately, only a small profit remains. It’s nowhere near the 2,260 pips claimed in the PNL. And all these based on assumption that they never missed a signal.

So, marketing the service this way is wrong because most members have small balances and only play 1–2 layers. They join after seeing wow this looks legit, the losses aren't hidden and I could get thousands of pips in profit, but at the end of the day, the PNL report is inaccurate and feels like a scam.

To solve this issue and be more transparent what you can do is keep separate PNL reports.
Maintain one report that tracks the PNL of a person playing on a single layer.
Also, keep a separate report for the PNL of a person playing multiple layers.

On the single layer report you should only put 100 pips for wining trades. Because you instructed to close at 100 for safety and even the TP1 is 100 pips. And the losing pips count for losing trades.

On the multiple layer people's report you can show specifically by taking an example as this is what a 6 layer player gets on our service. Like adding pip counts separately for each layer. Like closing 3 layers at 100 pips. and closing rest on other TPs. And if hits BE add that too. It will show layer by layer profit. Also for losses you should show layer by layer loss. So this method is fully transparent.
