now i have been in hanging position
from july 1st till date lots of mail , documents sending daily
after certain time frame again they ask same question upload documents

Can confirm all other negative reviews.
1.They remove withdrawal options.
2. Customer service: no response to e-mails, chat single sentence answer, which basically says: "try another deposit method and it will magically appear as a withrawal method. Not. Just another way to scam you out of more money.
3. It's some Russian scam site, same crap as 1x2. Read all about them, just do a google search.

THEIR REAL BUSINESS IS THAT YOU DEPOSIT THE MONEY ON THEIR PAGE, THEN YOU WILL HAVE LOST IT, NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO. I put this review as an act of empathy. I have been a victim of the abuses of this BETCITY.NET scam page and I think it is the duty of all of us to alert others so that the same does not happen to them. When you want to withdraw, the real nightmare begins, they will have you subjected to an infinite rollover (Rollover is that they ask you to bet an amount of money before being able to withdraw), but despite the fact that you bet and fulfill the requirement, no matter what you do, you will always They will order the same thing over and over again. If you deposit your money you will NEVER be able to get it out. If you want to check them, look at one of their rules: One of the requirements to withdraw is that you must make the withdrawal from the same method you made the deposit, so far everything is fine, but one of their strategies (and you can check it yourself) is that offer deposit with cryptocurrencies, but for withdrawal they do not have this option available, so THE TRAP AND SCAM of this page IS TOO EVIDENT. I have evidence of everything (mails and images) in case anyone is interested. Their customer service is the worst I have ever had. If you have a big problem like mine; they will give you absurd and repetitive one-sentence answers, as if it is a bot, but it is obvious that it is a real person who is playing with you until in the end it manages to tire you and make you give up. I wouldn't want you to go through this with your hard-earned money; That's why I took the trouble to do this review. I deposited $1000 through Perfectmoney and staked a couple of times, I tried withdrawing $195, $165 and $135 on different occasions (All profit) but they won't allow me, rather they blocked my account and kept asking me for documents.

Since December 2021 till now, they keep repeating the same questions. Once I am done supplying all documents, they stop talking. If i continue, they start afresh and repeat the same process.

I don't have my profit, I don't have my capital, they won't release any of the 2, nor are they talking about any offense I committed in the process.

They are criminals.

They have stopped replying any of my messages for the past 3 days. I committed no offense, yet they won't let me have access to my money.

Update :

They just repeated the same request again after I supplied them less than a week ago and was told to wait for processing.

Now they are asking for the same thing all over again :

3. Selfie with a passport and a sheet with the current date.

This has been their method since December 2021

UPDATE (12-06-2022)

They finally unlocked my account and let me withdraw my money but blocked me from placing bets after almost 7 months of hundreds of email and document exchange.

Run from them.

I verified account (KYC) before deposit. After verify my accout I deposited 50 Eur and put 1 bet , I withdraw 25 EUR (for control that withdraw is function after I read this bad ratings) and everything was ok and they send money to my skrill account immediately. After that i deposited another 80 eur and put two more bets and after winnings they put limit 0,01 EUR.. so i want withdraw 150 EUR.. they blocked my account and they send me the same email as TrustyPunter99 (his review from Jan 30, 2021) .. this betting site never let you play longer than few bets ...

They let you deposit through Ideal, neteller or skrill and after you deposited and won some money they remove those options as a possible withdrawel option. With the rule that you withdrawel money the same way you deposit money, you need to deposit through the limited options they give you. Which are 2 crypto sites where you have to deposit through weird canals and a minimum of 100 euro's.

When you email them you just get a reply that you should deposit more money through one of the 2(!) options left. They basically take your money, remove your withdrawel options, remove deposit options so there is no way for you to deposit and withdrawel the same way, which is a rule to withdrawel. Money is gone and they don't give a s*

Its a total waste of time seriously.
The will block your account on first couple of bets and then will start asking for identification multiple times. I have send more than 6 emails my id in .jpg format and they keep replying with this "Scanned copies of the passport you are sending should be in "jpg" or "bmp" formats and should be attached to the letter." I asked them what "letter" means and also send them a screenshot that proves that the photos are in .jpg format and guess what? They replied me with the same message as above. I guess they are trying to make you quit from trying. If you value your time and money stay away.

Scam not paying out another scam betting website like 1xbet. Tried 1 week to withdraw money but they don't pay it. There is no bank transfer so you can't withdraw your money with a bank you have only 5 options skrill neteller and other options. If you transfered your money with bank to there account you can't withdrawn it because you need deposit it with one of this 5 options skrill, neteller, adv cash, jeton wallet, piastrix wallet, so i deposited again 10 euro to take my won back and now they don't pay with skrill to my country so there is zero options to pay out. Stop playing with Russian betting sites they don't pay out a big SCAM

so Ive deposited some just to try it out, placed two bets, one won the other lost, down some money overall. and next day I had maxbet of 0.01ct (min. bet being 0.50ct lol) so I was like "yeah ima dip" but as per usual it's not that easy on ghetto sites :D "technical error" so couldnt withdraw through ecopayz (which I used for deposit) typical. I contact support (only mail, no livechat) who usually replies after few hours in broken english. today it took em longer and then I received two mails with the header "account blocked" and the following content:

Your Account №12345678 has been disabled under subclause 3 of Item 13 of the General provisions of the Rules.
Administration of betting company reserves right to block the opportunity of client's account to place bets, cancel all bets or address to law enforcement bodies if the following cases are found out:
13.3 Bets were made by a group of registered clients on the base of previous concert – in a coherent manner to avoid restrictions that were previously set by the betting company.

For us to verify your account please specify all your registered account numbers and send scan copies of your passport to e-mail support

Like I have no issues doing KYC, even tried to upload my documents before already but was told to "wait for admin request", but they just hit me with some random claim that I'm part of some group that wants to surpass their limits. I mean as if any serious betting group would even bother with that ghetto 40€maxbet doggo site HAHA. So yeah that's proper bs. They even claim they gonna cancel ur bets - yeah go ahead and cancel my losing bets. They wont but ofc if I won money they wouldve done that. "law enforcement bodies" like what? Yall gonna sue me for using ur scam site? the only one that should get sued is yall for running a scam site but aint gonna happen in russia. Biggest joke of an email. Just ask for docs lol. But ik where this is going. Prolly won't get anything back, or max deposit which in my case is everything but no way one can get his winnings out of here ahhaha dont ever ever use!
It's not even a good site. Horrible as hell even if they didn't scam ya. Not worth the headache

EDIT.: after a lot more unnecessary weird requests to waste time and make me tired I eventually had my account unblocked and could withdraw, cuz limits were 1ct still. Absolute disgrace of a site. Stay away
