Now that they are leaving the UK they cancelled my bets on NBA antepost that were already won but not settled. For ex. I had OKC ov32.5 wins in the season, they are already at 40 and instead of paying out they declared the bet cancelled cause they will settle that market after that they will leave the UK. Basically they are thief, and they stole me 400£. Don't think is legal their behaviour.

First will start with good sides of that company because there are few. Bethard verify first before play and bet, withdrawal is fast and easy. That are only good sides. Customers service is just copy paste something and they are not very familiar with the things. The betting limits-awful, disrespectful to the players. We have already 2 weeks dispute about the verification of source of wealth. I already sent bank statements from my UK bank account for last 1 year, sent screenshots from other profits from sportbooks, even sent them bank statements of my second not UK bank account. Someone hacked me on facebook, then started sending requests to facebook groups , once in the group they started spamming a bethard link in the groups promissing big wins. Now i wonder who would bother spamming someone elses link if they are not making from it . Must have been these guys who hacked me or else it dont make sense . Wouldnt trust them AT ALL !!!

Slots were ok but when I went to withdraw I had to supply a picture of my passport bank card utility bill. Done this (but not happy) all got verified so a week later I attempt another withdrawal and then get told I need to supply evidence of proof of wealth and source of income.
