Ich kann nur jedem dringend davon abraten, BetInAsia zu nutzen. Ich habe über deren Plattform eine Wette bei SingBet platziert. Die Wette hat regulär gewonnen. Stunden nach Spielende hat SingBet die Wette jedoch einfach storniert („gevoided“) und meinen Gewinn einbehalten.
Der Support von BetInAsia weigert sich komplett zu helfen. Mir wurde schriftlich mitgeteilt, dass man genau wisse, dass SingBet das auch bei anderen Kunden regelmäßig abzieht. Anstatt solche betrügerischen Buchmacher von der Plattform zu werfen, versteckt sich BetInAsia hinter einem kleinen „V“-Symbol im Menü und schiebt die Schuld auf den Kunden, da dieser das Risiko ja eingegangen sei.
Ein seriöser Broker sollte für ein sicheres Umfeld sorgen. Indem BetInAsia wissentlich einen Buchmacher anbietet, der gewonnene Wetten nach dem Spiel selektiv storniert, unterstützen sie diese betrügerischen Praktiken und verdienen auch noch am Umsatz mit.
Wer die Plattform nutzt, sollte SingBet sofort in den Einstellungen deaktivieren – oder am besten gleich zu einem Broker wechseln, der seine Spieler schützt. Absolut inakzeptabler Service und null Verantwortung.

I dont dare to bet with this "strange betting agent" any longer.
Have been a customer for some years now and usually everything works fine, but when I ask for a withdraw they starts to make troubles for me. Time after time they ask me to send proof of address.
This can be a problem for me since I spend a lot of time abroad and that all utility bills are not in my name and all post from the bank comes as email which they dont accept. The only proof of address I can get is form the national register. This makes a lot of problems for me since Im abroad and cant get the post. But time after time they ask for the proof of address, why? How many proof of address do they need?
I have given up BIA and will not use them anymore, too much unsertainty with them. I never know what kinds of troubles they will do for me next time I ask for withdrawal.

As far as I'm concerned, the site is fair. I mostly bet on major Western football leagues on the Black platform, and in many cases, I find better odds here than at other traditional bookmakers. The comparison page is great, showing the odds offered for a given event, so you can always quickly choose the best offer. I've had one withdrawal to Skrill so far, which I received within a few minutes. The FD bonus was also OK. If you follow the rules, everything is OK.

I was a regular high-volume customer, mainly on BetInAsia Black. After a few lay bets on SharpX Exchange, BetInAsia permanently closed my account for alleged "fund passing". Under their T&Cs, they are withholding my entire balance, including deposits and Black funds that have nothing to do with the disputed bets.

I have no connection with any other account, and they have not provided any evidence. When I tried to discuss it on live chat, their agents repeatedly ended the conversation. I can no longer log in to see my own account history.

Be careful about how much you keep in your balance with them.

I'm betting on betinasia since 2023 and all in all i am very satisfied with the plattform (also with the shared services; specially i am using sharpxch which is a white lable plattform of befair with the same conditions). The deposits and the withdrawals are working fast and without any troubles. Of course you mustfullfill the rollover requirments (3 times at 1.5) before you will make a withdrawal. The only thing what I would complain is the fact that the withdrawals are not free of charge (since Feb or March 2026). The positive fact is that the quotes are really the best of all bookies which I already tested (more then 50). In summary betinasia is a trustworthy bookmaker and offer a solid service.

Llevo desde finales de agosto contactando a soporte por chat y por correo electrónico (mi cuenta está registrada bajo el correo personal mío ). He sido atendido por Cleyr, Vien, Simon, Arthur y Danny, y la respuesta es siempre exactamente la misma plantilla copiada y pegada: "estamos esperando una respuesta del departamento correspondiente" o "le informaremos por correo".

Ya han pasado casi un mes ese supuesto correo con la solución nunca llega. Incluso el 3 de septiembre llegaron a decirme por chat que el correo "ya había sido enviado", lo cual fue falso, y luego tuvieron que pedir que "lo reenviaran", para seguir dejándome en la misma incertidumbre sin recibir absolutamente nada.

Entiendo que existan protocolos de seguridad, pero retener el dinero de un usuario durante semanas sin un plazo específico, sin respuestas reales y bloqueando su operativa financiera es inaceptable. Detrás de estas cuentas hay personas con obligaciones y cuentas por pagar.

Since we are quick to complain when things go wrong, I want to take the time to share my experience with BetInAsia.
Thus far ( since almost 2 Years now) I had not any negative experience with them. I never had any problems with their payouts whatsoever. Since May, I payed out over 20k and I almost always received that money the next day.

Of Course, the 1.5 Ods turn over Requirement is a bit of a pain but once you get through it, everything just runs seamlessly.

The Verification process, as far as I remember, was also pretty smooth and quick. I can't speak for others but just give the company everything they need and you won't have any problems with the onboarding. I guess they are pretty much interested in getting as many people as they can but they have to adhere to some requirements from the laws in their country.

I really can't Identify with the negative reviews. I Play by their rules and send them what they need and everything is fine.

Had several issues with Betinasia. Wanted to change email on my account, sent in selfies with passport as my only ID. But they are keeping me in a loop and taking forever to change an email that before took 10 min.

Now they do not respond on emails.

VERY DISHONEST COMPANY , they have sharpx platform as an agent of betfair. They trick people using a very simple method - betfair decide not to pay winning bets and after the victim complaint they answer that they are not responsable how the bookmaker is settling the bets because betinasia is only the agent. In some cases they will pay part of the damage in order to keep the client but soon the case will repeat and they will take your money again with the same method.

Come prima cosa ho chiesto all'assistenza clienti, in fase di registrazione, se dall'Italia il loro sito era accessibile, mi hanno risposto di si. Poi ho inviato documenti italiani, superato il KYC e depositato denaro. Ho poi trasferito i soldi su conto Sharp X. Appena finta la registrazione mi è comparso il messaggio che il servizio non è disponibile nella mia regione.

Ho subito contattato l’assistenza che prima mi ha confermato nuovamente che non esistevano restrizioni per l’Italia, dando la colpa al mio browser, al mio pc, e altre fesserie del genere. Nel frattempo i soldi sono rimasti bloccati su Sharp X senza un pulsante per riportarli nel wallet principale. A nulla sono servite le numerose mail, non hanno intenzione di restituirmeli. Ho anche provato con una VPN ma non funziona lo stesso!

Chiaramente domani andrò a sporgere formale querela, allegando screenshot, documenti, movimenti e tutta la corrispondenza con l’assistenza. Presenterò inoltre reclamo all’autorità di licenza di Curaçao indicata nei loro stessi termini e valuterò una contestazione tramite il circuito di pagamento.

Ho conservato nomi degli operatori, email e prove di tutto quanto accaduto.
