"When an account is closed, deposited funds are returned but we can’t return winnings when customers won’t verify their identity."
I only received £10 back not the £60!!

Just joined. I qualified for 150 spins on big bass. very tedious and painful. Won just over £4. Cant tell you how many bonus teases I got, lost count. They promptly took £4 winnings too. Turns out they wanted to verify my account which is totally normal with gambling companies. One slight problem, no secure portal on their website.
They expected me to email sensitive ID documents to an email inbox to which I have no idea who had access to it.

Like everybody else has already said, STAY AWAY.
Signed up and minutes after depositing they locked me out of my account (and away from my money) only for them to then ask for multiple private documents and information.
After receiving all of the information they still closed my account and to top it off they e-mail me back with this line "
To comply with our UK Gambling Commission licence, we need to keep your data on file for five years. Once that period’s up, your details will be deleted from our system."
So for an account that I had open no longer than a few minutes they are now keeping several pieces of my private information for 5 years!
Crooks, avoid at all costs, stole money from my balance and sent fake transaction history, reported to the gambling commission

Don't touch them, my first bet won, then they started aking for all sorts of verification documents, even after sending them they asked for more, then more again, it's just as if they were trying to wriggle out of paying, then they decided to close my account and refund my stake but not my winnings, I am going to raise a dispute through IBAS!!
Avoid. Really disappointing. Cannot be trusted. Opened account deposited £500 placed two lossing bets and my account was suspended.
