Hi Pauline, thanks for getting back and we are sorry that you had to leave a 1 star review. As explained in our email to you the courier service Parcel2Go / Yodel has been totally unacceptable and has not delivered within the 2-3 day time period which was paid for. We have lodged a complaint with them and will no longer be using them as a courier option due to their poor customer service.
As a small business our customers mean everything to us and we pride ourselves on our customer service and feel badly let down by the courier whose actions were out of our control. As mentioned in our email we will be refunding the delivery charge back to you and sending a complimentary gift as a good will gesture.

Betty & Mojo sell the most beautiful.things that I could literally buy everything as its all my taste. Recently I purchased two beautiful velvet cushions in a Dutch bohemian style for my bedroom and they go beautiful with my decor. Everything is boxed beautifully and it's like getting a Christmas present every time. I will always shop here. If you haven't then you must, my house is full of Betty & mojo and even yesterday I was told that my home should be on Pinterest due to its originality. Thank you always for your fab service and your recent letter thanking me for my continued purchases. I don't think many places beat it. Shop here, you will not be dissappointed x

Brilliant service
Brilliant service, a wonderful selection of original gifts. I bought some glasses and a water jug - and I've got to admit I was fully expecting them to be smashed to bits when they arrived. But they were brilliantly packaged and arrived in perfect condition.

Beautiful unique items
I have ordered several pieces from Betty &mojo. Their pieces are so unique and beautiful. I couldn’t be any happier with them. Delivery was really quick and no fuss. Love looking at their website to see what different pieces I can buy. Would definitely recommend you look at their shop!

I bought a wreath at Christmas time which went perfectly with my Traditional contemporary Kitchen . I have also bought a vintage cushion it’s such lovely quality......I Love it ! Betty&mojo have some unique homeware pieces which I’m always on the look out for .
