I have been waiting over FIVE MONTHS for Betway to settle the bets on my account, and this situation has become completely unacceptable.

I placed my bets in good faith on major football and tennis leagues on 13 September. The events concluded long ago, yet my bets remain unsettled. Since then, I have contacted customer support numerous times through live chat. Every single time, I receive the same generic response: “Your bet is under review.”

No explanation.
No timeframe.
No follow-up email.
No accountability.

Five months is an outrageous and unreasonable delay for reviewing standard bets on major sporting events. This does not require half a year of investigation. The continued lack of transparency, communication, and action raises serious concerns about how customer funds and disputes are being handled.

Players deserve clear answers and timely settlements — not endless delays and scripted responses.

I am demanding immediate settlement of my bets and a full written explanation for this unacceptable delay. If this issue is not resolved urgently, I will escalate the matter to the relevant gambling authority and continue sharing my experience publicly.

The site is poorly built atleast for android devices. It usually freezes when trying to create a betslip which is really frustrating, not only that when trying to swipe ones picked bets under betslip it'll divert you to another category not named "betslip". When you return to betslip it would have your picked bets not be visible and that will force one to clear the bets and start over. I have been caught on this cycle for like 20 minutes right now. It WON'T LET ME SEE MY PICKED BETS UNDER BETSLIP BY SWIPING ON THEM LEFT OR RIGHT. The most annoying thing is its inability to save betslip. For one to be able to see ones picked bets without this issue you will have to click add that to betslip and only then see them at that page or whatever. What I want to do is to be able to see them on the "betslip" section so that i can be able to alter my betslip easily. That is not the only problem on this site, another issue is when trying to "load more" under betslip. Sometimes it loads, sometimes it DOESN'T. Its like it freezes or something. I once thought my phone or my internet was the problem, i tried with someone else's phone and his internet, same problem. I have not tried the site on a computer yet so I don't know if this issue only affects android devices only or what. Its such a shame to see such things happening in a brand as big as Betway.I am a long fan of Betway and have used the platform for years now I really hope they fix this issue. The only reason I'm giving them two stars is their Deposits and withdrawals. They have really made it easy for us Batswana to fund with the likes of Orange money and MyZaka and not only that, the minimum deposits and withdrawals is P10!!! compared to earlier of $10.
