The stair treads and landing rugs I ordered from Beverly Rugs are wonderful! They are very affordable, they were delivered promptly, they look great, and the quality is excellent. I contacted the company with a question (not a “concern”), and received a reply almost immediately. I will happily order from this company, again.

The treads came quickly. Were packed well.
Exactly as pictured.
They are good for wear on the steps. My large German Shepherd has gone up and down the steps for several weeks and the treads are not worn nor frayed in any way.
They definitely have helped with the slickness of the hardwood stairs so one can wear socks and feel stable on the steps.

OMG where do I start, I guess I'll start at the amazing customer service, I accidentally ordered the wrong size rug and immediately emailed customer support and received a call and email stating they would fix the issue I created. They cancelled the old order and same day shipped out the correct size I needed.

The rugs were terrible. The adhesive on back doesn't stick and then leaves a residue that you have to remove. The runners are not consistently sized. This is a terrible product and a waste of money. Your return policy says they have to be unused to return, so there's that.

Rugs too thin. Nothing went wrong. Was just hoping for thicker rugs. Very thin. Not loving them.

The Rug arrived with rips in the plastic and stains on the rug. It does not appear to have been packaged very well. I have pictures if you would like to see what I am talking about. I expect a full refund, this is ridiculous!

Poor quality
Very thin and super light.
If I had any idea the runner and stair treads were so cheaply made I would not have wasted the time and money.

The non-slip backing is not non-slip. Compared to other non-slip rugs this one lags and now looking for a after market tape or buying a different product.

We bought the same thing a few months back. The rug seemed to be working so why not get another one.

The product itself - stair treads - is excellent. The customer service was very helpful when their inventory management failed. It was that failure that made the experience frustrating and time consuming.

The colors are bright, which is nice. The carpet is thin and not very soft. I expected a higher quality.
