Terrible packing and cheap material. Do not spend anything buying these sneakers or shoes. Stay away.
Definitely a Scam
I placed an order on Oct. 30, 2024. Now it's almost Christmas and I still have not received my order. I sent them several emails and messages through their website asking for the status and tracking number but no response.

Vivance is a Mega Scam!!!
These folks are carrying out a big scam.
On November 11, I placed an order for a pair of orthopedic shoes that have still not been delivered. Every link attached to my order confirmation leads nowhere. They did not even bother to reply to my email enquiring about the status of my order.
I'm shocked that YouTube allows these thieves to advertise on their platform.

Placed an order for a pair of shoes 3 weeks ago, the order disappeared from their website, no response to any of the emails or inquiries sent. Not to be trusted. I'll continue to report these scammers until their website will be taken down.

I have purchased a Boss orthopaedic shoe, and the tracking number and store site attached to the receipt are directed to no where.
