Anytime I had a question, concern or just wanted to know how things were going the staff that work for Beyond Finance were always there to answer any and ALL of my questions. They were also very supportive and gave me advice on certain areas to help my credit and what to do. They made settling these debits so easy and smooth so I could start rebuilding.

I've got my first negotiation settled and the Beyond Finance team handled it all seamlessly!

My husband and I are a few months into the program offered by Beyond Finance and so-far-so good. We now have several accounts on payment plans. We now have hope for the future.

I get paid bi-weekly so its half the amount taken out of my paycheck bi-weekly that is a great tool that helps me ,thier is one thing that I did not know though is that the half of your debt that is forgiven, you have to claim as income on your tax return i was not notified about that when I started the program,other than that the web site is very user friendly and the staff are very helpful it has been a good experience so far sincerely Chris

Professional and friendly.

I was happy with this debt relief program but then majorly disappointed when after being told I would not have to give up my Carecredit card which I use to take my cats to my vet when needed but soon discovered the bank that backed my Carecredit card happened to be the same bank that backed another of my credit cards in this program. So that bank closed my Carecredit account and now I have no way to pay for my cats vet care. I wish Beyond would have caught that because that card was the most important card to me to care for my cats and that's why I asked them if I could keep that card and was told I could and it would not be a problem. I now don't know how I will be able to take my many cats to vet if they get hurt or sick. Other than that which was super important to me they are a good company but can't say great company because of my pet care which I don't have anymore.

Beyond Finance has explained things along the way. If I have questions, I need only to reach out.
I am glad I was hooked up with Beyond Finance because they don't treat me like a loser who lost the way. They haven't made me feel like I should be ashamed I got into this situation to begin with. They are kind, knowledgeable and answer my questions with a smile on their face and in their voices.

Beyond has been as advertised! Excellent customer service that engages with you on your specific needs. I would encourage anyone who is having financial challenges to give them a call.

They have been more than helpful in explaining the process. They have been so very patient and clear in answering my numerous questions.

The most important point is that they took the load off my shoulders and carried it for me. I had two credit cards. One has been settled amazingly. They are working on the second one now.

This process was so easy and was explained very well by my representative. I don't know why I didn't do this months ago.
