Great company and follow up. Package was well packed and protected.

Love the samples! Unfortunately, they are the wrong size. This is MY FAULT, not Beyondflooring's fault. I will definitely buy from them in the future.

Staff answers questions quickly. Unfortunately, i cant use the tiles for my project, because the samples I ordered are too large, but I will definitely order from them in the future.

Beyond Flooring are a good company. They responded professionally and in a timely manner to all my requests. They made me feel listened to and appreciated. Good quality products.

I ordered a sample tile and received a call to clarify my delivery instructions as the location of my home is hard to find. Ultimately, UPS was the delivery company where I have an access point for package pick-up. When I picked up my package the person handed it to me without scanning it which meant it appeared like I never received my package. Beyond Flooring called me after some time had passed sounding a bit concerned that I didn’t get my package. I just really appreciate the care and concern and would trust purchasing product from them again.

The tiles were 15-18% cheaper than the big tile stores online. Local pick up was fast and easy. The tiles were packaged very well although I’m lucky to have a truck.
