Didn't respond to my query regarding a faulty part in the chat so emailed. Ignored my email also. Hence 1 star. Not really a company to have any kind of relationship with. Just want to makes pure sales and nothing else.

Great product and a great price
Great product and a great price. Postage was a bit steep but fantastic service from a company that know what they are doing.
Customer service is absent.

Expect random response times sometimes taking over a week and failed deliveries with no follow up.
The odd bit of tech support via email has however been helpful.

Customer service not on point
Ordered a cruiser s, it came after 3 months delay due to external circumstances. Charger wasn't working, had to order another one. No return and replacement on charger. They were willing to help with return as I thought it was the battery that doesn't work. But since the problem was the charger as I mentioned in mail they stopped responding. With the order was promised the seat that I haven't received, and bonus points for the delay that I haven't received as well. That's ok, I get that, no big deal, but would be nice to get replied though.
I wouldn't recommend the shop.
Levering 10 weken te laat!!
Normaal zou step begin augustus aankomen ma door omstandigheden uitgesteld tot eind augustus(douane England) dan alweer uitgesteld tot september.Uiteindelijk heb ik step op 12 oktober ontvangen en is de levering nie ook ng nie helemaal compleet. Accessories die bij besteld had ontbreken!!

Beyond PEV have a very good and easy to use website for parts or orders. They are more than happy to help with orders or inquires on the phone and send out parts very quickly. All in all a good service all round. Would recommend to anyone.

They originally shipped a scooter with a problem and didn’t work but I dropped it off to Pete and he’s assessed it and returned it for me. New one works great. They got a good workshop and stores in Northampton.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with the Apollo City 2022 Electric Scooter from BeyondPEV warrants an urgent highlight. After purchasing, I encountered a series of issues – from defective chargers to a significant structural flaw (a cracked stem). This latter issue not only shattered my confidence in the product's reliability but also raised grave safety concerns. Given the scooter's high-speed capabilities, this could've resulted in a serious accident.
I've engaged in an extensive back-and-forth with the retailer. While there's been some correspondence, the core issue - a full refund - remains unaddressed. I've lost faith in both the product and the brand. Future customers, please be aware and proceed with caution.
I urge the management of BeyondPEV to contact me directly and promptly. Resolving customer grievances should be at the forefront of any business, and I hope this review serves as a catalyst for immediate action. My primary objective is safety, customer satisfaction, and a swift refund for a product that has proven unreliable and potentially dangerous.
