I bought the Datepicker for my Squarespace website.
After following the instructions to install myself I found it wasnt connecting and functioning fully so I reached out to the Customer Support to find a solution.
They kindly suggest I add them as an admin to my site and they proceeded to fix the glitch and now I have a fully functioning Datepicker, I am thrilled!

I can easily manage my order calendar myself now, blocking out dates we are closed or busy, I can change the date format and I can set order lead times. There is no confusion on the customers end; they dont have to read any explanation around days or dates, they simply pick an available date on the pop up calendar.

Really happy with the Date Picker and with the customer service from Beyondspace.

When a squarespace update made some functionality of my website stop working with the BeyondSpace Lightbox Studio, I contacted support. Niang Lee was quick to provide a custom code snippet that made it all work again. Great and timely customer service.

Really appreciated the prompt professional service. The lightbox plugin completely made my new website look and function so much better with the type not cluttering up the initial page layout. The type now sits in the lightbox discreetly and neatly below the image in the desktop and the mobile view and allows me to have a bit longer descriptions for SEO purposes. The lightbox itself with the well designed and proportioned thumbnails in extended view is a smart, elegant and professional layout .
I had one technical request for a specific design request and had an immediate response and solution. Excellent customer service.

I first purchased the Source URL Helper, which redirects an event title and image, etc, to the event 'source.' It worked great! Only it would open automatically in a new window, and I wanted to open within the same window as I was redirecting some event pages to pages within the website itself. Niang helped me by suggesting their Ground Control plugin which allows control over a wide variety of things, including whether to open source links in a new window or not. I believe that their plugins work great and they are very fast to reply if you have a question. Helpful solutions for Squarespace sites!

Quick response to my query and follow up to fix a loading issue.

The lightbox plugin works so well with slideshows on Squarespace. Beyondspace has great email support, too. Their help was far beyond what I expected. Originally purchased the plugin in 2023, but Beyondspace has helped me twice now in 2026 to get even more out of the plugin. My client and I are very happy and it is definitely money well spent.
