I then tried to order a similar pair of boots from a different company, also with their AI ordering assistant. I entered my payment info and hit "order", but got an error message that the item was not available, even though it showed up in search.

The AI thing is a cool idea, but it doesn't seem to work very well.

NEVER USE!! Paid £30 for a buy one get one free dress, only 1 arrived and shein quality is better than what they’re selling. AVIOD!! When I contacted for a return they said they don’t accept returns! Not sure how the websites still active.

This Seller claims items are delivered by UPS, without the items ever being sent. SHEIN will offer a refund, but the process is difficult and time consuming.
I do not trust this company.
