Ongoing Refund Delays and Poor Customer Support
Parents, please look at my previous reviews about Bhanzu. Every time, they simply leave a comment saying they will “validate the request” and that it may take time because it depends on a third party. During enrollment, there was no such dependency. But when it comes to issuing a refund, suddenly they claim they are dependent on others.
Today, I called their customer service again. They did not provide any update about the refund. Instead, they repeated the same line: “Someone will call you.” It has been months, and I have neither received a callback nor my refund.
I am extremely frustrated with this ongoing experience. Based on what I have gone through, I strongly advise others to be cautious and not fall for their misleading advertisements.
Please do not fall into the same trap that we did.

Bhanzu is not initiating my refund
Bhanzu is not initiating my refund . Everyday they call or send email and give different suggestions because it’s not a single person handling your concerns it’s a GROUP OF SCAMMERS who don’t want to do anything with your concerns. They called me today , and asked to wait for banking processing , where as they have not processed anything . They also want me to stop the negative reviews and they tried to Harass me. I need my refund by my ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD. I need a prove of my payment process. Parents go through all my last reviews and don’t get scammed by them. I am going through nightmare and harassment from bhanzu. Initiate refund bhanzu .

As a parent
As a parent, I’m very happy with these math classes. The concepts were explained clearly and covered thoroughly, making it easy for kids to understand and build a strong foundation. My kids enjoyed attending the sessions, the instructors were very engaging and attentive, adapting their pace to suit each child’s learning needs.
One thing that interested kids was the use of math games during the classes. These made learning feel fun. I’ve noticed significant progress in my children's basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division overtime.
That said, like any skill, achieving speed and true mastery requires consistent practice outside of class. The classes provide an excellent foundation, but regular practice at home is important for kids to build confidence and improve their fluency.

This children Math tutorial online…
This children Math tutorial online service is a scam that present itself as a reliable online Math tutorial service. Me and my wife contacted them thinking we would receive some Math lesson for our child. The guy on the phone who is somewhere in Bangalore , India connected with us on zoom online describing the service and even gave as a demo math class for our child. we decided to continue and also paid for the first batch of classes 150 dollars. The guy registered us and we chose a batch for two days a week. When the day for the first class arrived we were ready to access the class online but there was no activity to start a class. We called the guy and also texted via what's app asking how to access the class. The guy was not responding for long minutes. But he finally responded saying that there is some technical issue and he said we will call back. But he never called back!! We were patient didn't do nothing further and waited for the second day of the next class. Same issue happened again that we were not able to access a class and were not able to reach anybody. WE texted the guy again and he responded back saying that he will get back to us and try to resolve the problem. He gave us another number saying that this a the customer service number where will be able to get further assistance. The second number was somewhere in New York and a lady was on the phone saying that she will try to resolve the problem and she will call us back. Nobody Never called back again!!! Our son didn't get any math classes and the people on those different phone numbers were giving lots of promises but nothing will happen. To come to the point this online service is a fraud managed by scammers who are up to steal money by trying to access your bank details. We also asked for a refund and texted the guy on WhatsApp. The guy was still saying that we should trust him and didn't want to refund. But at last he said ok and he said we should contact customer service for refund. We called that New York number and this time was a guy on the phone saying that the refund department are out now and They will call us the next day. Please don't trust this BHANZU MATH TUTORIAL SERVICE. THEY ARE A SCAM. THEY ARE OPERATING FROM SOMEWHERE IN INDIA AND DONT GIVE THEM YOUR BANK DETAILS.

We’ve had a wonderful experience with this online math class. My daughter genuinely looks forward to each session, which says a lot about how engaging and well-structured the lessons are. The instructor explains concepts clearly and makes learning enjoyable, helping build both understanding and confidence.

I have a very bad experience with this…
I have a very bad experience with this platform, as teachers use to sleep in the class with camera off and students are spoiling their money and time with this website, and then i complained about this,they did not solver my issue,since now its been 4 months i am trying to call them ,they call me and use to cut my call in between,before joining the classes they told me that we can cancel these classes any time but now no one ilistems me on call,neither they are changing the tutor. I do not know how Mr.Bhanzu is running this website with these kinds of complaints,i am frustrated by calling them daily but my problem is not resolved,since one month my child is not attending their class but bank is charging us EMI’s as we have paid collectively for 18 months as that was our biggest mistake that we relied on this company.

Unprofessional and dishonest. Tutors sleeping in class!
I had a terrible experience with Bhanzu. They are very friendly when selling the subscription, but the service afterwards is a nightmare. We’ve had constant changes in tutors and relationship managers. Most shockingly, I’ve had to raise concerns about a tutor actually sleeping during a live class. It is completely unprofessional and unsafe.
On top of the poor teaching, their support team is dishonest. Stay away. This is not the quality education they promise.
