Amazing real estate in Qatar. They have a good and professional real estate agents. They know how to deal with people. The potential advantage of this company is that they dont pressure people to pay the security deposit cash. Knowing that most of the companies here in qatar requires dated cheque or cash. Also, the contract is smoothly written and in case want to break the deal just give 2 months notice and leave without penalty. This make the things more comfortable. Betterhomes are highly recommended.

Be very vary when leasing or buying a property through better homes. Especially via agent Bassel Yousef. Do your research about the building you are moving into and do not believe the information on the advertisements by better homes. Do your homework. Adverts are misleading and the follow up is extremely poor once you have paid your commission.

Stay away from LP04, La Plage South in the Pearl. For at least 6 months from this review, maybe even a year as the building has been opened prematurely and is plagued with issues. Constant fire alarm, false alarms, lifts not working, extrem humidity issues in stairs cores. Poor management, no enforcement or building rules on residence.
Building is unsafe!

Extremely disappointed with what is meant to be a leading real estate agent in Qatar and with the extortionate rent rates being paid.
