BIGbin Avis 

Brilliant facility to have in Colooney, Sligo. As I live remote I had to buy bags from the waste company and drop off before 6 am every Tuesday, 5 km away. Since Bigbin has arrived I can use my own bags and drop when I want, and the app is easy to use.

It's a really handy service. I use it when my bin are full . It's near where I live too. Great value for money. Great invention

Excellent service: simple to sign up, top up, and use. Brilliant value for money, especially when you don't generate enough landfill waste to justify paying for a bin collection service. Keep it up BIGbin peeps! Would love to see a BIGbin in Mountbellew Co. Galway. :-)

Big bin is so handy. Great if your wheely bins are full. They are in good locations and so easy to use. Highly recommended

Convenient and cost effective.
Bigbin is a fantastic way to dispose of my household rubbish. I live on my own and find it a very economical way to do so. there is a bigbin located near me which is very convenient. I also use the recycling bin that bigbin provides. between the bottle bank and bigbin all my rubbish needs are catered for.

An easy way to dispose of household waste.

They provide excellent services. Open all year round 24/7, 365 days in a year. Very friendly+helpful Staff too. The rubbish+recycle is of reasonable price too.

Big bin is just so convenient when my wheelie bin is full or I have extra rubbish to clear out,I use my online account and tap in my code and bin the bags...so easy! More locations needed though!

6 small bags of recycling cost 24euro when it should have been 15 euro.

Over charging.

Had to put them in the regular bin as the recycle bin was blocked up they both are the same cost at 8euro per use even though the recycle bin is supposed to be 5euro per use but they have upped the charge and it takes only smaller bags. Defeats the purpose fitting only 2 smaller sized black bags.

Don't see the incentive to recycle at all and is not meeting the environmental or social requirements that are needed in larger towns and by Europe.

This is why we see illegal dumping on our roads.

Waste of money and time in my opinion.

I am disappointed with this service. Bigbin advertises that it takes two black bags. I use the usual rubbish bags and I could fit only one bag in the bin. It would take a lot of strength and height to push two bags into the bin. It is a rip off.

Just visited the bin tonight the bin would not open again and took 10euro from my credit, so I phoned up a guy said to me his colleague was on another call and would call me back in 2/3 minutes, after waiting 11 minutes in the rain I had to go and purchase a card from the shop costing a further 8euro then Chole called telling me she was on her break and I shouldn't have been told she was on a call !!!!! I said I wanted a refund still not received 😔 BE VERY AWARE OF THESE PEOPLE SEEMS TO BE A BUNCH OF CHANCERS !!!!!

Handy service, two very small rubbish bins accepted by machine, voucher with code could be bought on line (no option to pay via paypal) for recycling this should be avoided, 5 euro for one bag of plastic was a bit of a rip-off. So for small amounts of general waste this service is good. For mixed dry recycling, is very bad value for money and should be avoided.
