Big Bus Tours Philadelphia Avis 

I have enjoyed the tour. It was very helpful to have a whole vision of Filadelfia.

A great way to see the city and not worry about driving. Hop on and off is great!

The guide was knowledgeable and shared historical facts we wouldn’t have otherwise heard. The route was inclusive of many sites and convenient to getting around Philly.

It was an excellent tour with great information all the guides were very friendly - really enjoyed it!

Purchased tickets from Big Bus Tours Philadelphia website. Arrived for bus tour to be told tours were cancelled due to roads being closed for parade. When I tried to get a refund, I was told that i had to contact the London office to receive a refund. After sevrral days of no responce from the London office, and absolutely no cooperation from the Philadelphia office, I contacted my creditor to initiate a refund.
I cannot review the tour, but I can the customer service and it is less than 1 star!
Buyer Beware!

Disappointed. We paid for the full tour but we’re dropped off a mile from where we started, didn’t see several stops, were disoriented as to how to find our hotel, had to walk through large numbers of down on their luck people who begged and/or used vile language to each other...I had three kids and had just had back surgery. I tried to address this with the tour guide and she just shrugged, smiled and said with a smile, “The tour ends here today!” We should have been apprised in advance and charged a reduced fee but more importantly, we should have been driven back to our point of origin when it became clear someone somewhere at your company goofed. This is not an experience you want as a tourist. And we will be returning to Philadelphia often. You lost our business.

It was okay and the guide was informative. I felt like the driver went a bit fast and I would have liked to have taken more pictures of sights.

We got on at the start and road the whole tour straight through to orient ourselves in the city. Even though we live one state over, I didn't really have a good feel for the whole city and where things were. The tour guide was pleasant and informative, and the top of the bus let us see everything.

The tour was mostly fine but there were a few issues. First, the website said the buses would come every 20 minutes but it ended being every hour. The covering over the top deck was so scratched you could barely see through it. And overall, the tour was too short.

Tour itself very good and great way of getting around to see everything. Tour guide very knowledgeable which helped with the experience.
Only problem was the bus stop we wanted to catch bus was not very well marked so we missed it first time round.

Did the Philly tour. Thouroughly enjoyed the guide, very informative and easy to hear and understand. Bus driver was helpful and friendly also.
Great way to see all the highlights of Philly and get a lay of the land.

My group had a fantastic time using the buses and "Z" was amazing on the mic! It was raining but she still made it super fun and informative for my out of town guests.

What a way to see Philadelphia! The weather was cold and rainy, but having the ride on the Big Bus was great! Friendly, courteous and informative. Yes, we would definitely use Big Bus again!

Incredible guide guy with funny speech; Beatiful views; (-) long wait to be picked up on the 1st stop (+45 min).
