My hosting service is down again

My hosting service is down again, and on top of that, I've been having to report problems to the support team every week. They can't keep everything running. I've already lost three clients because of this. I recommend that before migrating your environment, you conduct a testing period.

Total Disappointment: Constant Instability After Migrating to WHM cPanel Reseller

I migrated all my clients' websites to this company's WHM cPanel reseller platform, and I've been having problems ever since. Before, they were monthly issues, and I was confident they could resolve them permanently. Now, we have serious problems every two days; sometimes websites have been down for two days at a time.

I'm tired of constantly reporting problems they can't solve. This company isn't capable of providing stable services, and unfortunately, I need to report this here so you think twice before migrating your clients.

I will return to update this review after the services remain stable and problem-free for at least 90 days. I will be sure to share with you if this company ever proves competent enough to be a serious and competent service provider.

woocommerce hosting…

I have bought their woocommerce hosting plan 3 days ago.
My reviews for before sale and after as following:

-The sales support are awesome. they answer everything in details anytime even late hours and good recommendations of what do you need.

-Servers so far are good speed and no downtime.

-migration done by support team is fast and they handle problems in details. they will reply you even in middle of the night a real 24/7 support.

so far They are the best hosting I even tried ever.
If you are looking for good service and support with competitive price, I recommend them . you get more than you pay. personally so satisfied.

Customer Service

Their Customer service is really good as i hosted two Node js sites and so far they have helped me very much.
