Rude behavior not torerated
I called just for information and they quickly said that the were not servicing my area at this time they interrupted me mid sentence and the hung on me , absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Again HORRIBLE!!! , don`t waste your time. I wouldnt even have given a one star but had to put at least one to write a review!

Abandoned Dumpster, Zero Communication
I've been calling to have them remove the dumpster I rented from my driveway since June 3, 2023. The recordings say to leave a message, I do with all the details requested, and nothing. I've had no response whatsoever from this company and now there's a dumpster abandoned in my driveway. I've chosen every option on the automated system when calling, have left messages with every one of them, and still nothing. I'm now going to report the dumpster as abandoned and see what authorities I can get involved in this. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

misleading
The website shows sizes and prices for dumpsters that they don't carry. After not receiving the size dumpster I order. I called and was informed that several of the sizes and prices on the website wasn't available. This company doesn't even have dumpsters, they increase the price and contract the work out to other companies.. they were unwilling to make my situation right.

We apologize that you were not happy. Certain size dumpsters are not available in all service areas. I can assure you we have our own dumpsters and trucks. Iif we do not have a dumpster available we have partners that we can use if we have too. Our goal is to get you your dumpater asap. If you like, I can send you an autographed picture of me standing next to one of our many trucks and dumpsters with a coupon for $25.00 for another opportunity to service you if the need arises.

We apologize that you were not happy with our service, however you were informed that you were alloted a certain weight and the list of prohibited items. Your dumpster was overloaded and therefore you received additional charges relative to the overweight.

The only issue I had was that they charged more because the property was outside city limits but it wasn't that far out.
