Safe and Reputable
I was one of Big East’s first customers and I’ve been nothing but satisfied and when I saw results of bloodwork last week, the difference from a year ago was remarkable. I recommend Big East Weight Loss to everyone who expresses any interest in using a GLP-1 medication and whose insurance won’t pay for it. I lost all the weight I needed to lose over the summer so I discontinued the medication. I’m now experiencing some weight gain again so I’ll be using them again after the holidays to get back to where I want to be. I have no reservations about their service or the product they provide. Thank you, Big Easy Weight Loss, for helping me on my journey to better health!

Dr. Randrup and the team at Big Easy are wonderful to work with! I’ve found the process easy to navigate and the personal touch of the team to be next level. I like that they provided discount options for the monthly fee based on the plan you chose, and their prices for the medications themselves are the best I’ve seen! This is my first experience with an online provider, and I would definitely recommend it to others!

EASY SIGN UP AND HELPFUL STAFF
AFTER SUBMITTING PAPERWORK, TALKED TO MD AFTER HE WENT OVER IT AND A COUPLE DAYS LATER I RECEIVED ME SEMAGLUTIDE. BEEN ON NOW FOR 3 WEEKS AND NO ISSUES AND LOST 7 POUNDS EVEN AFTER JUST GETTING BACK FROM VACATION ON 8-16-24. CANT WAIT TO LOOSE SOME MORE!!

Easy process
Everyone I've spoken to has been helpful and upbeat. The whole process was easy. I did have some issues with my pharmacy delivery. There was a glitch in the system and my medication was delayed. I have not refilled yet but I am hopeful this is resolved. I'm not sure why but the only chat I have on my phone app is to the MD. Other people I know that have the same app have a crew chat. Not really any reflection of the service.

Signing Up was Easy.
The sign up was easy. The Dr’s visit went well. My meds arrived well packaged. My only concern was I had a dose question. I called the pharmacy and the tech nor the pharmacist could answer my question. However I reached out to Big Easy and they were able to help me. I would recommend you check out Big Easy. Great pricing and easy communication.
