Scammers. Don't buy! Product code was invalid and they wouldn't replace. Got no answer from text and no phone number to call. Had bought prior year which worked initially. After current year didn't work I tried to open prior year and couldn't. Same problem with useless activation code. They churn codes and cheat people. Sometimes you get lucky. BBB could do nothing.

This "company" sells pirated Turbotax keys that get de-activated almost as soon as you buy them. Beware! You will get no support from Turbotax or this "company" when your Turbotax license is de-activated. Order from someone else.

they did send a code that worked on my taxes and luckily I downloaded it right away. when I tried to put it on a second computer however, I got an error code stating the license was canceled. turbotax states that the remaining 4 computer downloads were sold to someone else

Their Activation code does not work. You get error code 605. TurboTax Confirm the key is cancelled..
SCAM. No way to reach support.

Had an issue with original activation code, but I did text customer service and they provided me with a new code which worked.

This company is a scam. Bought Turbotax from them, downloaded from the link they sent (which was from turbotax website), and tried to register and the license key will not work. I tried several times and to no avail. I called the number on email and mailbox is full. Cannot get a hold of them at all! This is a scam so do not fall for it! I am in process of reporting it to my credit card and requesting a refund.

Ripoff the download worked once then it didn't.
I called turbotax and they said big home tax cancelled the subsription.There was no subscription so they found a way where it would work a short time only.

Not legit! Called Turbo Tax because it wouldn't let me file electronically. Turbo Tax said the license key was canceled. No way to contact their "customer support" because the mailbox is full! This website needs to be reported and shut down!

Purchasing, installing, and activating H&R Block software was a smooth experience. The whole process, from buying to setup, was quick and efficient. The best part? It was significantly cheaper than what local stores were charging.

Scam alert. They requested a refund from Turbo tax on my license so I cannot file my taxes according to Intuit.

They would not offer a refund but instead offered a new license. I chose to not take a chance that they would also request a refund from Turbo Tax on that one so I purchased a license from a know good source and completed my taxes. Never again will I go to a site that undercuts all the other retailers.

I purchased TurboTax through Big Home Tax and when I had problems with it they wouldn't return my texts and so I contacted Intuit TurboTax and they said that Big Home Tax is a Scam.

Everythong was working smoothly, except that the lisence couldn't be activated at first. But the customer service was great!

DO NOT BUY from this business! I, like many others, have apparently been scammed by Big Home Tax. I bought Turbotax Home & Business and installed it immediately with no problem. I installed my 1 free state but needed a second state. I am unable to download & install any additional state programs, now. Intuit support now tells me they have cancelled the my software licence because it was sold multiple times. This will prevent my filing or purchasing in the program.

Purchased 2024 TurboTax with State. Did the taxes and went to pay to efile the state and got 'Hmmm, something appears to be wrong, try again later'. Tried a few more times but finally called TurboTax. They tell me my product key was canceled. What??? I call this company, whose website states 24x7 tech support and get a full mailbox, no one answers. Asked if i wanted to SMS my number for a callback. YES. That was 3 days ago and I haven't heard a word. I would say I have been scammed by this company. So, beware doing business with them. Intuit has been given their information and are now aware. Unfortunately I'm shit out of luck unless they finally call me and resolve this issue. TurboTax said in most instances when a product key is canceled, its because it was stolen. Guess I won't be buying from them again. Just don't want this to happen to someone else. Probably already has.
