I received a kind note from a company rep prior shipping for my engraving note did not suit their embossing system. Received the order promptly, nicely gift wrapped, well protected and accompanied with spare wrapping paper "in case I would like to have a sneak look on the finished product". I am completely chuffed with my items from Big Mountain Antlers! I opted for the Gstaad bar set & the Beinn An Òir Candelabra - both Christmas presents for my parents which they will absolutely love having in our Austrian home on the Wörthersee.
