The communication in setting this up was fantastic. We had a mobile therapist visit us while we were on a quick weekend Runaway. She was very professional and getting in and out was very simple. It was a great addition to our weekend away. Looking forward to doing that regularly.

They were by far the worst company I have ever dealt with . I made an appointment for 3pm on the 20th they had no problem taking my money , fees & 20% tip. They just forgot one thing to SHOW UP! I had a knot in my back & was in so much pain. I waited 3, 3:15, 3:30 , 3:45 @ 3:53 they dare send me an automated text that says sorry maybe we can do it tomorrow??? Msybe? They are absolutely the most inconsiderate company I have ever dealt with now I’m trying to get my money back it’s blaming my bank of 20 yrs. I have f*NG had it with people & companies that think they can just do what they want & screw u around. This company I hope people read this I am not in the business of giving bad reviews until this place hit me.

Emily was great. She really helped with my wife’s back issue the day before she was unable to get off the couch and after the massage she was walking around.

I paid for 2 massages, 90 minutes each, one for my mother and one for myself. We each received massages approximately 55 minutes each. I called the company, they said "sorry for the inconvenience." Nothing was done about it. I will go elsewhere next month.

I booked and paid for a prenatal massage that they could not find a therapist for and informed me last minute . They then offered a therapist for the following day as early as 7am. I booked it for 2pm and at 2:20 I reached out to them only to be informed that they did not find a therapist!!! The worst company

I was sent an incompetent therapist who refused to do a massage face up only as I get vertigo when rolling over.
We agreed it was best not to begin the massage as this therapist said she was "not used to doing massages this way". She assured me there would be no charge. I was sent me an email saying that I would be charged half the massage fee, and no reply from BigToe to my messages.

My husband and I both had an hour massage back to back with Reyna, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She came to our home and brought everything needed, including a wonderful selection of essential oils, which made the whole experience feel so relaxing and special.

My husband had a deep tissue massage, while I had more of a relaxing massage, and she did an amazing job with both. We each got exactly what we needed.

She was incredibly sweet, calming, and soothing, and made us both feel completely comfortable and relaxed. Having such a wonderful massage in the comfort of our own home was such a treat. We finished feeling relaxed and refreshed, and we will definitely be booking with her again!

I had an excellent 90-minute massage and was genuinely impressed by his attention to detail and the thoughtfulness of his approach. Rather than following a generic routine, he listened carefully to what my body was telling him and adapted the session accordingly. I carry a significant amount of tension through my shoulders, upper back, and surrounding muscle groups from years of training as well as older military-related injuries, and he did an exceptional job identifying and working through those problem areas.

His deep-tissue technique was deliberate, controlled, and highly effective. He gradually worked into the deeper layers of muscle rather than simply applying excessive pressure, using slow, sustained compression and focused work along tight muscle fibers to release areas of restriction. What I appreciated most was that he stayed with each muscle group long enough to actually address the tension before moving on. Nothing felt rushed or incomplete.

He arrived on time, was professional throughout the entire appointment, and went the extra mile to make sure the full body was addressed within the 90-minute session. It was one of the most thorough massages I have received, and I left feeling noticeably looser and more balanced. He is an exceptionally skilled massage therapist, and I will absolutely be booking with him again.

I booked a same-day, in-home massage with Sandra, and she was amazing! My appointment was scheduled for 6:00 p.m., and she arrived promptly at 5:55. After setting up and washing her hands, she completed a brief consultation and immediately got started.

I had a terrible headache and significant pain on my right side from stress and tension. Sandra was gentle yet firm, and she was especially comforting when working through areas that were painful from tight muscles. She reminded me to breathe and reassured me throughout the entire session.

It’s now the next day, and I can turn my head again! I highly recommend Sandra and cannot wait for my next session. Thank you so much, Sandra!

The concierge service for the reservation was very good and helpful for understanding how it works.
The massage service was exceptionally good and the convenience of staying at home was amazing.
We would highly recommend trying this service to anyone hesitant to try it.

I purchased two 90 minute massages for my loved ones and they enjoyed the experience. One person said - it was really nice. She stretched me out and has strong hands. She arrived on time. I would recommend Natchada.

Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience with this massage service. I want to note that she was very nice and respectful of my home, but unfortunately, the overall experience was not satisfactory.
She arrived about an hour late, citing car issues, although she arrived in what appeared to be a new car. During the massage, she was also texting on her phone and receiving notifications, which was distracting and unprofessional.

The massage itself was extremely disappointing. She performed the entire massage using only one hand, and the technique felt very unskilled and poorly executed. I specifically requested a deep-tissue massage, but instead of feeling therapeutic, the pressure often felt like she was digging into my skin. Her nails were also uncomfortable and made the experience worse. Overall, it did not feel like she had any training or experience to provide the type of massage I requested, or any massage for that matter

I left a tip regardless for personal reasons, as I don't like to perpetuate negative stereotypes or be unnecessarily harsh toward service workers. However, I will not be using this service again, and based on my experience, I would caution others against booking it.

One of the worst service experiences I’ve had.

I booked an in-home massage through Bigtoe and ended it early because the therapist was sweating so heavily that sweat was dripping onto my head and neck. It was disgusting, unsanitary, and completely unacceptable.

What made it worse was Bigtoe’s response. After multiple emails explaining exactly what happened, they refused to provide a full refund. Instead, they refunded 50%, gave me a $20 credit I’ll never use, and declared the matter “closed.”

I didn’t end the massage because I changed my mind. I ended it because someone else’s sweat was dripping on me.

Bigtoe had several opportunities to handle this properly. They chose not to.

I would never use this company again and strongly recommend others think twice before booking with them.

I would give zero if I could. Therapist just no called, no notification from the app, and they still charged their fee. It’s a scam.

Big Toe is just a Big DISAPPOINTMENT. It’s not my first time trying to use the service but will be the last.

After booking early in the morning for a massage that evening I was booked and cancelled 3 times. The last therapist did so at 4 pm basically making it impossible to replace them at that point.

They always charge you immediately and then you must fight for your money back. Even when they fail miserably at providing anything of value.

I am very happy with services from Domenica. She did a great job working my sore muscles out. She knows how to apply pressure or touch lightly. She doesn’t talk so you can totally relax and let her do the magic. I highly recommend Domenica to anyone that wants a great massage.

If I could give 0 I would. Booked a massage no show wasted over an hour and a half I should have used zeel who I usually use. Horrible I do not recommend. I suffer from chronic pain and this is a medical necessity for me so so so so upset
