We have been using Bike Club since 2020 and they have been brilliant. Cannot recommend this service enough. It has got both our boys through their growing stages and saved us the hassle of buying and selling bikes when they grew out of them.
They’re now on adult bikes so we’ve bought those, but for those with little ones, the bike club is a really sustainable and easy way to get your kids on good bikes as they learn.

Recommended by a friend after finding that most kids bikes were heavy and poorly made, making it hard for kids to learn. Started with the Cubley 16 and have just upgraded to the Kinder 20. Amazing bikes that kids actually like riding.

We selected a pre owned one this time and looks just as good as new. Daughter loves it.

Everything is so transparent and clear. Super efficient processes, and customer service are so lovely when we did need to discuss something. The bike is brilliant & I love having zero research or shopping to do. I'm grateful to have one less thing taking up space in my brain!

Great Value: We chose a used "Re:Bike" with a 12 month 50% discount. With insurance, we pay less than £8 a month (an equivalent from Halfords/Argos would be £150-£200).

Future-Proof: We can exchange it for the next size up for free when our 4yr old outgrows it.

Quick Delivery & Great Condition: It arrived the following week, fully serviced, cleaned, and checked by their mechanics.

Our little boy is extremely happy with his new wheels. Highly recommend!

We have been using the Bike Club for many years now, we always received excellent service, swapping bikes when our daughters need to move up to a bigger bike is very easy and the delivery and swap are seamless. I'd highly recommend Bike Club to anyone looking for good quality bikes for their children.

Bike arrived on the day stated. Easy to put together. The bike is nice and light and gear changing is so much easier than my son's previous bike. Just perfect in my sons words.

I complained about poor delivery by DHL and within 12 hours reveived an apology from Bike Club. Shortly afterwards I received details about Bike Club's complaint to DHL and their response.

This was the quickest and best customer service I have ever had, and bearing in mind my complaint was very minor. 5 stars well earned.

Appalling experience. We booked and arranged for bikes to be delivered last Friday in advance of the bank holiday weekend. Received notification the bikes were out for delivery and a 2 hour delivery period given. We waited in for 3 hours no one turned up and no contact numbers given so we had to wait with 2 very disappointed girls until Tuesday (today) for a response (but despite being asked no number still provided). Advised the bikes were out for delivery again today between 5 pm and 7 pm. Once again no delivery and no way of contacting them - only email! I’m sorry this is shocking customer service and shocking service overall - the delivery company has also sent us emails on Friday and today wanting to review their delivery! What a joke!! 🤣

Terrible customer service - 4 days and waiting for a reply, no telephone service.
Supposed to have an exchange Saturday but a no show and now unable to contact bike club. I’d avoid now at all costs

Bike Club has been a really positive experience; we were toying with buying a new bike but were worried our daughter would quickly grow out of it. Renting a bike with Bike Club has been great, great value, a lot of choice and really good quality bikes; my daughter has been out on hers every day since it arrived! Would definitely recommend!
