Good place to buy gear especially imported ones. Mr Akash provides good guidance and suggestions related to the gear. I had ordered Sidi x power sc boots and were delivered within the promised time frame. The Shoes themselves are well made and top notch in terms of quality. Customer support needs to work on their behaviour for their own business
I didn't get the chance to buy something from bikegear. I enquire them if they could provide Zard exhaust for Himalayan 450 and i received great response from them on WhatsApp yesterday and i told them i was ready to place my order today. And when i contacted again today and had some questions i wanted to have clarity with, before placing the order. And they shared trustpilot link to see all the positive reviews posted here about them. I read a negative review where someone mentioned that they provided wrong product and didn't do anything to sort this.
After reading that review, i again contacted them on WhatsApp asking if in case, i receive wrong or damaged product, what happens in that scenario. All i wanted was some assurance that in case something like this happens, they will exchange it or do something to sort out this situation.
But the response i got was, "sir, if you're not comfortable, you can choose other stores to place my order."
When you run a business this big, it's your job to address all and every concern and queries someone has.
Still, i guess on some level, I'm thankful that i got a response with this kind of behaviour before spending any money and regretting about it later.

The only drawback I see that there is no way to track progress of your order. You'll have to message them on whatsap otherwise the whole experience was great.

I had a wonderful experience dealing with Bikegear in India. The company rep (Mr.Akash) was quite friendly and helped me pick out the right boots along with sizing .
