Great service great bike

The 16" Biky bike we bought is working great for our 4 year old; the transition from a 14" to 16" was very smooth. Excellent communication and shipping was quick. Would we buy again? Yes, we are very satisfied.

I was looking for a bike for my 7-year-old granddaughter. The 20-inch Biky Bike was the perfect weight and dimensions for her. After receiving the bike, the quality is outstanding and I would highly recommend purchasing one to any of my family or friends. Customer service and shipping were perfect.

We have the 20 inch single speed bike. My daughter loves her lightweight, zippy new bike! It was out of stock when we ordered it, and delivery was delayed, but Biky's communication was excellent throughout. Most importantly, though, the product is just what we were looking for in a bike: simple, comfortable, and fun to ride. My daughter is 7 and fairly light - at just over 40 pounds, many bikes her size weigh more than 50% of her body weight. Even her smaller old bike, which is 2 or 3 years old, still tops that threshold. She was thrilled the first time she hit the big hills in our neighborhood with the new bike. Each ride brings more joy. Oh, and assembly was simple and straightforward. We are happy all around, and already on plan to get the geared 24 inch bike when she outgrows this one.

We have been searching for a bike forever that works for our daughter. She picked up riding this Bike within the first 20 minutes. Truly amazing experience great bike easy to control. Could not recommend getting this bike for your first bike for your kids.

The bike was delivered promptly and it was very easy to set up. my 5-year-old was excited to add all the stickers to his new bike and within 2 minutes he learned how to ride a bike without training wheels. we have been using a balance bike but he wasn't an expert on it so I thought it would take a little longer for him to learn and to my delight, he picked it up quickly. it is super light for a novice.

My 6.5 y/o son loves his Biky Bike! He learned to ride on a heavy bike with coaster brakes about a week and a half before we got his Biky Air 20. He noticed the difference between the two bikes immediately and wants to ride his Biky Air multiple times a day. :) My husband had no trouble putting the bike together. The Biky Air 20 is so lightweight and clearly has high quality components. It is easy for him to handle, and the hand brakes were a very simple transition for him. I put a piece of blue tape on the rear wheel brake (right hand), and he caught on right away. I am so happy with this purchase! It gives me so much joy to see my son so happy and free.

This bike is amazing. We got it for my 5 year old for Christmas, and it completely changed his confidence riding a bike. I originally looked at the Guardian bikes because they’re one of the better-known kids bike brands, but once I compared weights, they really weren’t much lighter than the bike my son already had and struggled to learn on. Since he only weighs 38 lbs, having a lightweight bike was extremely important.

I started researching the lightest kids bikes on the market. Woom was another option, but they were significantly more expensive and still not as lightweight as the Biky Bike. Even though Biky Bikes isn’t as widely known, the reviews were great and the price was much more reasonable, so we decided to give it a shot. I’m so glad we did.

My son literally taught himself to ride on this bike. He hopped on and took off with almost no struggle compared to his old bike. The lightweight frame made a huge difference, and I’m sure the steering limiter helped too since it prevents those sharp turns that can cause kids to tip over while learning.

We got the 16” model with only the rear hand brake, which I actually think is perfect for beginners. He can build muscle memory using the rear brake first, and then when he moves up to a larger bike with both brake handles, he’ll already understand which brake to use first. The Tektro rear brake also feels very smooth and easy for small hands to use.

There are a lot of thoughtful kid-focused features on this bike that really stand out. The fully enclosed Hebie chain guard is fantastic because it keeps pants and shoelaces out of the chain — something I remember constantly dealing with as a kid myself. The narrow kid-specific geometry makes pedaling feel much more natural and comfortable for smaller riders.

I also appreciated details like the quick-release seat adjustment for easy height changes, the internal cable routing that keeps everything clean and safer, and the air tires that give a much smoother ride than the hard tires found on cheaper kids bikes. Overall, this bike feels extremely well designed for helping kids learn confidently and safely. Absolutely worth it.

We got the 16” bike for our 3 year old and he loves it. It’s his favorite thing to do now. He moved from a balance bike to this and was off riding in minutes. The light weight of the bike really helped a lot, and I like that the drive train is covered with a plastic guard so it won’t tear into his pants. The quality is just outstanding, and it was super easy to build.

The quality of the Biky Bike 20 inch is outstanding, It’s ultra light weight, sturdiness and agility made it a perfect gift for my granddaughter. Although she is a 6 year old beginner rider, she immediately took off on a narrow path in NYC navigating with ease among people walking, dogs, carriages etc. The bike is so well designed, safe and great looking. In addition, I greatly appreciated the wonderful customer service from Danil who answered all of my questions, immediately responded to my texts and was very helpful with such items as the kick stand, assembly which took about 10 minutes and shipping information. I would highly recommend Biky Bike to anyone who is interested in a unique, cool looking and high quality bike for their child.

The experience with Biky Bikes were exceptional. They were helpful during the ordering and shipping process, I am very grateful for your quick and helpful responses. As for the bike my 4 year old already learned how to pedal on a Spider-Man bike from target but did not enjoy riding it and it was hard for him to push the pedals. He jumped right ok his Biky Bike and took off like a pro. We are so happy with our purchase and the customer service provided by this company.

Love the bike! It’s super light and larger wheel base making it easy for our daughter to ride.
