I purchase a bag that was supposted to be leather and I was very disappointed when the bag arrived!!!The bag was folded and smelled like plastic!The item is much smaller that it appears on the website!!When I tried to reach out to customer serviceI received a notification with the following:
Your email couldn't be forwarded from bimbloo to another email address.

Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it.

Very weird then after almost 24hrs I got an email from them asking if I want a voucher which i replied no!!I asked for the refund and waiting again for they reply almost a day!!!!Then they sent an email informing that I can get the refund if I send the item to China!!!!!Then they will review the item and will wait 10 working days!This is crazy.

The clothes themselves are actually quite nice and fit well. My only real complaint is the shipping time. It took nearly three weeks for my package to arrive, which was longer than the estimate provided at checkout. If you aren't in a hurry, it’s a fair deal, but don’t expect a fast turnaround.
