Just did 200 spins on one game, to see what would happen and it's shocking, the bonuses get worse the higher you get up. Would not recommend this site to my worst enemy let alone a friend.

I managed to get on the bonus board twice in all that time and when it did give me like cash streak it didn't have any cash on the round, so it didn't count. As I say wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

While it’s fun to play, they are extremely misleading about “bonus cash.” I have deposited at least $200, and several times I deposited that money using one of their extra cash offers (Example: Deposit “X” amount of dollars and get “Y” amount of extra dollars added to your balance.)
Then, after you play bingo tournaments (winning some and losing some), and you go to cash out some of what’s left, they tell you if you withdraw any money, you will lose your so called bonus cash. They also do not tell you how much of the entry fee is your actual deposit and how much is the bonus cash you supposedly received. I have a roughly $140 balance right now, but when I go to withdraw, it tells me only $63 of that is allowed to be withdrawn, which is less than half of my balance. lf I withdraw the $63, I’m at a total loss of about $142 even though it shows my “winnings” as being higher than my deposits. Sketchy as heck. The “bonus” cash makes it look like you have more in your account than you actually do, Don’t get caught up in this unless you go in knowing you’re going to get raked over the coals and are ok with losing your money. Or, at the very least, do NOT use their “extra money” scams.

I have submitted a withdrawal serval days ago and I have not received it in my PayPal account
And furthermore since I’ve requested a withdrawal the game
Binge stars will not me open the game up everytime I try to access the game binge stars it clicks off I don’t know why
Is this game a legit game or just taking players as a fool? I need my withdrawal now‼️‼️‼️‼️

I played a couple of rounds without agreeing to and charges to my credit card. Once I put in my cc info to get the supposed cash I won out, the actually charged my card 15$! Zero help on their chat and no way to actually get ahold of anyone to dispute this charge

Well I joined bingostars a few days ago and I requested £15 to be sent back on my card I'm still waiting one advisor said it's being processed and should be with you soon I'm still waiting I've even took it screenshot just so I can follow up this company needs to honour it's agreement

Haven’t been able to open app for more than a couple seconds. This started Friday (11-15-24) and is not fixed yet. Lots of trouble with this app but the games were enjoyable.

I played the game and they have refused since September 21 to pay me for the money that I have won on their game. They owe me $31 today. I have written request to them more than five times requesting them to pay me. My bank statements reflect nothing from them. If they can prove that they have paid me then I will write a different review, but I do not have it in my checking account where it’s supposed to be returned to from the money where I deposit into their game, they’re supposed to pay me back in that same source of payment and they have not done As of today. I would appreciate this review getting into the right people and it be checked out and properly paid out. Thank you.

Enjoy site, promos terrible, did 100% deposit match, deposited 25 but have to wager 40x before can withdraw so £1000 wager. I managed that got up to £780 thinking great ill bank that but no has soon as turns back to cash they drop me to £250 so they took away £530. Thats gutting, never taking the promos again could even get a bonus round or decent win after that.

my elderley mother joined this site on saturday, she made her first deposit of £100, she won, so she requested a withdrawl and then they locked her account, she sent her ID, utility bill, card details, and so did everything they asked, and today, they closed her account due to responsible gambling??? so will she get her withdrawl that is the question? if she does not, i will take this further, as this is theft.

Same people win constantly. £100s of pounds when some of us only get one win. Very disappointing

Horrible site. They try to suck you in and then take your money. There is no consistency on their strategy of each game. It's different every time. The best was when I would daub a number and a message came up 4 times asking if I want to resume the game. Do NOT play this game. They should be pursued for unfairness.

DANGEROUS SITE!! Took my funds then locked me out of account. Wanted me to send payment details over chat. Not a chance. Contacted my bank so dangerous. Jazzy123
