Fatal!! me tardan más de lo que me dijeron en un principio, me ponen la dirección de entrega que les da la gana y me tire 4 días buscando el puñetero pedido para que encima venga en mal estado. Contrato MRW para el transporte, me cobran 8€ que me parece una barbaridad pero lo mejor de todo es que me lo mandan por correo express para quedarse el dinero. Por lo que leo he pedido el reembolso pero no me lo van a hacer

Mycket märkligt företag. Det är väldigt svårt att få svar från dem, ekonomiavdelningen svarar inte och inte heller krediterar den felaktiga faktura.
Jag rekommenderar inte att köpa något från dem.
Handla istället hos andra leverantörer och konkurrenter.

comprado y pagado por Paypal 75€ de alimentos y despues de 9 dias,nada, asi que hice reclamacion a Paypal entonces me hacen el envio por hermes. llega el paquete en 4 dias pero no solo faltan alimentos ademas los que ha llegado es una porqueria nada que ver con las fotos en la pagina. aun lucho por recuperar mi dinero, llevo mas de un mes.

W Bioshi zakupiłem ziarno soi i mąkę sojową wszystko bardzo dobrze zapakowane i zabezpieczone produkty dobrze przechowywane i bardzo dobrej jakości jedyny problem to długi czas oczekiwania na zamówienie spowodowany brakiem towaru ale w wiadomości e-mail napisali że gdy tylko otrzymają towar z przewidywaną datą wyślą kompletne zamówienie i tak zrobili zamówienie dotarło w 1 dzień od daty przewidywanej dostawy z magazynu .Tak więc by zamawiać w BIOSHI należy czytać wiadomości e-mail bo wiadomości SMS nie doświadczycie.

I got scammed, no items no refund, stop buying from them

I got scammed for over 140 euros after 3 months of e mailing stil no refund i hope other people that also got scammed togheter wit me can file a complainment to get the scammer websute down he said we wil refund ur mony hut i never got it back

There was a very long period between order and delivery – 12 days. The products arrived in perfect condition. However, I believe the extended delivery time should be clearly stated for each product, in order to be fair to customers.

Ik had al een bestelling gedaan en betaald , daarna las ik pas de reviews , eerlijk gezegt schrikken ik hier wel van . Maar ik kreeg 3 dagen later al mn pakket keurig binnen , en ook kreeg ik netjes antwoord op mn vraag . Dus ik ben zeer netjes geholpen en blij met mijn ( prijs kwaliteit) bestelling .

Horrible experience, ordered products and never received them. Avoid

Product was tijdens de aankoop op voorraad maar toen ik eenmaal betaald had kreeg ik na een week te horen dat het niet meer op voorraad was. Ik heb de aankoop geannuleerd. Er werd over en weer vriendelijk gemaild met excuses maar ik heb mijn teruggave na 5 weken nog steeds niet ontvangen.

Na het schrijven van deze revieuw uiteindelijk de terugbetaling ontvangen .

I ordered from bioshi24.ro—they took my money, but I never received the products. I had ordered some organic coconut juices.

I received unsealed empty product, I was informed that I will receive a refund and nobody answered after that to any of my follow up emails. Very unprofessional.

Didn't receive my product. No phone to call and ask for support. They don’t reply to emails. Big scam. Don’t ever buy from them.

Got only half of my order. Sent them mail about that. They asked me to send a picture of what I got. Did it. After that - silence. Never again.
