Very mediocre experience, basically a massively over-marketed hiring agency that will find you a part-time chef and give him a few guidelines what you want. Maybe this works better in a place where Biospan is physically present and has their own chefs (actually hired by them) (not sure if that place exists). “Farm to plate”, “bio” blah blah pure marketing BS. Just like any other chef you can hire yourself the person they get you (again - a part-time chef that has no connection to Biospan whatsoever) simply buys the groceries (or orders online) and cooks stuff for you, then puts it in “glass containers” which is supposed to be some big USP of Biospan, and they… yeah not sure what they do since they’re a few thousand miles away? Technically a good idea but if they had their own fully hired chefs, fully trained by them, AND THEIR OWN FOOD CHAIN - why market all the bio/farm nonsense when the chef simply buys at the supermarket?

Saw this company with intersting offers and couple options we wanted to explore. You actually can choose a budget so we chose the minimum to discover if it would suits our needs. On the day of the discovery meeting scheduled, they cancelled it on the basis that they can't meet our needs (meaning budget). But we never discussed our needs? I then followed asking for clarification, we eventually agreed on meeting. They never showed up, nor responded to emails. Terrible experience, I can only imagine how they treat their customers. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

They found me a great chef in London and a great chef in Warsaw where I frequently travel. I’d have to do all of the finding passing through requirements etc myself. Both chefs are well trained and I’m losing weight, my energy is up and the food is delicious.

Bio span has been a game changer. It has allowed me to free up extra time with the excellent chef they provided for me. The foods used in my nutrition programme are top quality which have dramatically improved my energy and performance in all aspects of my life. They taste great too.

Biospan has been brilliant so far - I'm only halfway through my journey. I found them simply by accident, but they were right on there contacting me straight away, and speaking with Mairead has been great - I've come out with a lot of information, plans of action, and a lot of support. I'd definitely recommend them! Oh, and they even send you recipes too!! :D

I am at the beginning of the three months program with Biospan. So far, my interaction with them was amazing. I must say I understood what it means to keep your sugar level at a steady level, which is basically the foundation of a healthy lifestyle. The recipes that were created for me by Chef Kevin are amazingly good, but I find it problematic to find the time to cook all of them, mostly because of my busy work schedule, and also because I am un unexperienced cook myself :). The secret is to give yourself time, and change your lifestyle step by step.
After 3 weeks of my experience with Biospan, I must say, my focus on doing groceries has changed completely.
Oh, and I shall not forget: BUY GOOD QUALITY KNIVES! You are going to need them :)

I saw Biospan online, and I wasn't sure at first, because it looked like something for athletes. I wanted a chef for my family.My partner and I have used chefs in the past and we always enjoyed it. We're growing older and have some stubborn belly fat we wanted to lose. we're moving to London, and we wanted something healthier. Maximilian was really helpful and assured me that they would help us lose weight, and our kids would enjoy it too. They recommended we get a chef to come in for 6 days per week. The chefs are really nice (cook great food) and I really like having a nutritionist for the family. My husband and I have both lost weight we've kept on from Covid. The food is tasty! I'm happy we gave it a go.
