I purchased this mattress for my grandson. Happy that it is organic and was on the more affordable side but it is supposed to be firm but it has a lot of give at the edges. Also, the springs squeak a little when I am trying to sneak out of his bed.after getting him to sleep. I only weigh 120 pounds.

I wanted to return my mattress and Birch made the process very easy- even allowing me to donate it to someone in need in my community.

So far, I really enjoy the new mattress. It's firm, but not too firm. If I can fall asleep without fighting the mattress to get comfortable, it's great!

The mattress was not for me, and that's fine. What was not fine was the process to return the mattress and get a refund. It took weeks, and I eventually wound up dealing with all of it myself. 😠
