I have tried several times to contact you with no reply. My issue can not log in and other problems. I would be able to send crash data if someone would answer.

is anyone else being ignored by BBFly Support? I’ve emailed them several times, but I still haven’t received a single reply. Since the latest update to version 2.0.4, the app has been unusable for me. It opens and then immediately closes. When I try to sign in to Netflix, it crashes again. This is incredibly frustrating and makes the support team seem completely unreliable. Where are you, BBFly Support?

Excellent customer support. BBFly is a wonderful application for downloading movies and TV for your personal media library. The app is updated often to keep up with websites and bug reports. I have the lifetime upgrade option and so happy that invested the option.

Great software with a lifetime license works fantastically, and updates are available all the time. 10 out of 10.

Hélas j'ai téléchargé 3 épisodes et je ne peux plus télécharger la suite de mon manga, comme si je n'avais pas de compte payant, comme à l'identique en me connectant sur votre site internet pas de compte payant.

Aider moi s'il vous plaît j'ai payé pour une service. En plus il est impossible d'envoyer un message en cliquant sur OK dans "contact" sur votre site internet. Tout cela n'est pas très performant.

Ré édit quelques heure apres, sur le site internet le compt et toujours pas actif, par contre j'ai redemarrer le logiciel et cette fois ci il recommence à télécharger et je vois 98/100 téléchargements restant je crois que c'est pas jour, donc c'est ok on dirait.

Unfortunately, I downloaded three episodes and I can no longer download the rest of my manga, as if I didn't have a paid account. Similarly, when I log in to your website, I don't have a paid account.

Please help me; I paid for a service. Furthermore, it's impossible to send a message by clicking OK in the "Contact" section of your website. This is all very inefficient.

Re-edited a few hours later, on the website the account is still not active, however I restarted the software and this time it starts downloading again and I see 98/100 downloads remaining I think it's not a day, so it seems ok.

I have finally found an application that can successfully download content from Peacock TV. It is extremely straight forward to use. Thanks for a great program that actually does what it is designed to do.

Allowed me to save the movies I purchased through Amazon without renewing my Amazon prime subscription.

BBFly has worked for me most of the time, occasionally it fails. It receives frequent updates and my occasional issues are usually resolved somewhat timely.

I liked the overall functionality, but I didn't like that I could only download one video at a time and 100 videos (or episodes) from each channel per day.

The support team doesn't explain things very well, provides poor guidance, and responds very late to inquiries.

I was able to download about 80% of the videos I wanted in Japan, and I recommend it. Even for video sites that support it, there are some that do not support it when the URL is from a different domain, which is unfortunate.

Cannot authorize after making payment rendering the software useless, literally 0 customer service, no responses to any of my emails and no way to cancel my monthly payment. Do not buy this.

It took time to actually get going when I bought the lifetime license they we're currently doing an update and so it bugged out at first and wouldn't work properly I contacted support and it takes 48 hours for a response and it was fixed then by reinstalling the new updated version.

Pretty seemless. It works the way I want it to. I had to move from Redfox Slysoft Anydvd Anystream, but glad it led to this discovery. I'm on month to month for now, but am considering a more permanent license. The only problem I have is with Netflix which after using for a few weeks, has me coming up with clearing cache, cleanup, or reinstalling software solutions. -V

¡¡ Cuidado con esta aplicación !! Te roba datos del equipo a la mínima que te descuidas aparte de no descargar por ejemplo de Amazon Prime Video como promete. A la hora de reclamar no sólo responden tarde sino que la solución que pretenden darte no soluciona los problemas. Al ver el fraude que es esta aplicación decido acogerme a su política de reembolso. Y por supuesto de reembolso nada de nada,dinero perdido y como he dicho anteriormente pidiendo permisos constantemente, te piensas que quizá sean necesarios para un correcto funcionamiento de la aplicación y lo que hacen es robarte información y desinstalar otras aplicaciones. Total tuve que formatear el equipo a modo de fábrica y reinstalar las aplicaciones con contraseñas nuevas. NO COMPREIS ES UN COMPLETO FRAUDE.

I subscribed to a monthly plan with BirdBirdFly, but my account still hasn't been activated after several days. I've tried contacting support multiple times but haven't received any satisfactory response. This situation is very frustrating and makes me question the legitimacy of their service. I request an immediate activation of my account or a full refund. Very disappointed with this experience.
