Professional yet friendly help during divorce proceedings
After spending over £15k with Paris Smith for my divorce and subsequent financial settlement (I found them to be antagonistic and intent on going to Court) I contacted Gail Strange of Biscoes to help me further my divorce and reach a fair settlement. Within a month, Gail turned my settlement around with fair and factual negotiation. She brought my divorce to a conclusion and end within 2 months of making contact and for under a third of the cost I had already spent with Paris Smith, whom should I had remained with, I would most likely have made no further progress. I would highly recommend Gail for all matters relating to family & matrionial law.

They dealt with my daughters trust fund. They didn’t keep us informed as to how the fund was performing and we had to ask several times for statements. When it came to paying out on her 18th birthday they did all they could to be as unhelpful as possible to a point where we were considering legal action. Very poor service.

Really bad experience. So many errors!
Really bad experience. Nothing like they advertise! Almost impossible to get direct contact with my solicitor, and so very many mistakes - which are totally unacceptable from professionals charging over £200 an hour. They refuted my complaints so I took the case to the Legal Ombudsman who found in my favour and ordered Biscoes to pay compensation.
