Well planned and executed trip
We planned our Umrah trip with Bismillah Tours, working closely with Brother Rawal, for almost six months, and overall it was a really positive experience. From the very beginning, Brother Rawal was extremely detailed, patient, and helpful in executing everything we wanted for our trip. He took the time to understand our preferences and made sure nothing was overlooked.
Our flights and hotel arrangements were perfect. We stayed at Swissotel Makkah, and we chose to pay an additional charge for a Kaabah view room, which was absolutely worth it. The room was beautiful, and being able to see the Kaabah from our window was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
All pickups and drop-offs were very prompt, and the drivers arranged by the company made sure we were on time for our flight connections and our train journey. Everything ran smoothly, which really took a lot of stress off our shoulders. The entire process felt seamless and easy to manage, and we didn’t have to worry about logistics at all — which is such a blessing when traveling for Umrah.
One thing we would recommend improving is clear communication about the refund policy ahead of time. We were informed that refunds were not applicable for our specific dates and trip, but having a more clearly outlined refund policy from the start would make it easier for customers in case of unexpected changes in plans.
That said, Brother Rawal was always prompt, professional, and very responsive throughout the entire process. Anytime we had questions or needed clarification, he responded quickly and made sure we felt supported.
Overall, we had a great experience with Bismillah Tours and truly appreciated the care and effort that went into planning our Umrah. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a well-organized and stress-free journey.

Umrah in Ramadan
Salam everyone, booked Umrah with one of the agent - brother Rawal Abbas.
Hes has been on his toes finding a nice package for my family Umrah in Ramadan.
His behavior was very positive from day one and he has been responding to our queries in a swift manner and was able to communicate every detail about the trip.
Always ask for him as my experience with him was pretty good. And I hope now that our Umrah trip goes well and will also update here how was my trip went with Bismillah travels so keep checking for update.

Brother Mr. Hussnain kiyani is such an efficient and competent sales person that I would rather deal with him and him only in the future. It is my loss that I have to forego this trip.
It was costing me too much for a room nearest the Haram. I am hope to get 3 others before 2026 ends, and then I will contact Mr. H. Kiyani again and this time for not wasting his precious time with several calls and emails offering me my options.
This is exactly how a sales person can best serve his company. He's very polite even though he contacted me repeatedly with no better results. He's very good at persuasion and I was very tempted to take one of his offers. The only problem was too expensive for a hotel near the Kaba as a one person.

He is truly a great person. At first, I was hesitant because I was worried about the cost, especially with rent and other expenses in the USA. I wasn’t even thinking about going for Umrah, but after speaking with him, he encouraged me so much and offered different options that worked within my budget. Alhamdulillah, I am going soon. He has excellent communication skills, responds promptly, and shows great patience.

excellent customer service and fast responses for my Umrah trip
Found Bismillah Tours through Google Search for my interest in performing Umrah. Ali Faraz reached out to me when I filled the inquiry form and couldn’t believe that they gave me a price that is better than other places after comparing with three other tour companies he has done everything from booking my flights to get my visas as well as booking hotels, I will go in the middle of February and will post an update after on the trip. Ali updated me every second with any news about my upcoming trip! Bravo to Ali and thank you for helping me and my family for our first Umrah Experience.

Specially the Hotel and flight
Specially the Hotel and flight. Istanbul Hotel was perfect place. The Blue Mosque, Musium and Hagia Sophia has no walking distance just next to my Hotel. I also enjoy Grand Bazar has walking distance. 5 minutes from my Hotel. Macca Hotel and Madina Hotel was perfect too. There all employees were so nice and respectful. They give me updates the room. Overall I enjoy. Thank you Noman khan bhai for all the arrangements. Your job was excellent. Thank you Bismillah Tours and Travel.
