Elhamdu lillah, I have just returned from performing Umrah with my wife. It was a truly wonderful experience, especially since it was my first time. First, i was skeptical because of the fear of dealing with people i never meet in person but the person i spoke to, by name Fatima allay my fear. She was respectful, understanding and professional. She promised that Bismilah Travels is real and I found out they are real. The whole transaction was done on the phone and it was successful. The flight ticket and hotel reservation was made with ease. I was able to confirm the flight ticket too.Am just waiting on my umrah visa which will come INSHA ALLAH.
