Well I read a lot of the reviews here and I don't understand why I have the worst luck or something bc I like the platform games everything was excited to cash out customer service was great til they weren't. So I needed to upload my ID and pic of me holding it and front and back. Yup did that then said declined about 25 more times then finally all was good approved UNTIL I put in for my withdrawal literally received an email stating ur verification is approved to 10 mins later it not being so for 3 days been resubmitting my ID then withdrawal was approved was waiting never received then once again I get the run around and around that the freaken clearest pic of front of my legit ID they want to say is photo shopped but u approve the pic of me holding the same ID. I am so disappointed I mean what is the deal u send them what they want I don't know how much more clear a pic can get and u put ur money on their site just to get crapped on and taken.. Omg hope no one has to deal with this horrible platform

System is down been waiting since 5:51pm for my deposit to be added I contacted support only for the agent to tell me the deposits were stuck in new order and it’s now 7:29 and agent claims it only happened or has been stuck since 7:05pm which would of been 15 min prior to the time I contacted them but I uploaded and told agent no way my deposit shows it was completed more then 15 min prior and agent didn’t know how long it could take to get the issue fixed I told them a courtesy email to all players would of been nice or a red notice saying not avail on every platform would of been nice so that the players don’t deposit money when the deposits are stuck maybe a free play bonus would be nice for those who have to wait and were given no notice

I’m new to Bit Play. But I’m pretty sure the are ran/owned/affiliated with/by the same people from Bit Bet Win.
Same exact promotions, images, rules..
It’s basically the same site with just a few minor visual differences.
Which isn’t a bad thing in my opinion. I play at Bit Bet Win also. But had requested max cash out for the day, and ended up at Bit Play.
So I didn’t hesitate in depositing $20.. But cashout limits are low especially for new players. (But likely cash you out daily until paid if requested daily, as is the same at Bit Bet Win)..
I was lucky enough to reach max cash out and it took awhile for first cash out, I wasn’t surprised though.
And despite passing verification just a couple hours earlier, after requesting cashout, suddenly one of the steps was rejected. And even though I resubmitted timely, that submission for verification was finally approved at 4am. And then my cash out finally completed processing and was issued just before noon.
I was hoping they’d have quicker cash out, but they use all the same vendors and third party payout processors. So I knew it was not going to be like Bit Stars, which is so fast it’s almost instant. I wish they’d share their resources to help things move more quickly. Lol
But maybe it’s deliberate. Idk.
But regardless. They do cash out. And they are legit. But be prepared to wait more than 12 hours. Which they warn could be up to 24 hrs.

i used to love bitplay. but last night i sent my deposit and they never put it on my game. i have spent at least an hour talking to live chat support, who has made it abundantly clear that they do not care to help me. i have emailed support and attached my ltc receipt and transaction hash to prove payment. they haven't bothered replying. live support has blocked me, although i was not offensive or belligerent. i tried to call and i get a recording saying the line is currently busy. at this point, i have no other choice than to believe that they have stolen my money. and all the while, i am being treated as though i am the one who has done something wrong. UNACCEPTABLE!

This site and it's sister sites are the only places I'll trust with my money. Once you get scammed it's hard to get trust back for any of it so it was a relief to found this site and so far, I have not had any issues making deposits or withdrawals. I do wish they offered more rewards or ways to gain freeplay.
