I ordered a few Hours Heresy and 40k…
I ordered a few Hours Heresy and 40k bits from Bit Monster and was very impressed with the experience. They've got a great selection especially when you want something specific and don't want to spend an arm and a leg on a full box of sprues.

Very Shady, Terrible customer service.
Package never arrived after three weeks. No tracking was provided, seller took several days to respond to my first email and just flat out ignored my followup inquiries. At least paypal gave me a refund. In hindsight was not worth saving the $3 versus a more reputable seller.

Sorry to hear in this instance we didn't meet your expectations, your order was cancelled due to an issue with the shipping rate applied to your order. Somehow you were allowed to check out with a £22 basket total and free shipping to the US rather than the £9.50 the website should have applied.
We issued you with a full refund once we had established what had gone wrong with the order.
Our usual response times were hindered somewhat because the name you use for email is different to the one you used on the order, which prevented us from finding the order initially.
Nevertheless we take your comments on board and have implemented a policy to prevent this issue from recurring.

I was glad to find a place that sold cheap Games workshop miniatures, The packaged arrived on time my only issue was I was not able to track my package to see when it would arrive. Apart from that it was a good experience.

Hi Draco, we are working to integrate tracking details automatically, we do generate them, but at the minute we have to manually input the tracking info for international orders and with the sheer volume of orders we ship we do miss some, but soon we will have a self - service tracking portal where all customers can track their orders, regardless of locality. Thanks for the feedback!

Sadly I was charged with taxes at delivery although I belive I shouldn´t. The package was clearly consigned with the CN 22 form saying North Ireland should be treated as EU customs area. Just opened a reclamation with Spanish Mail. Let´s see...
Despite of that your work is impecable. Not your fault at all but if I will buy again or not it will depend on that reclamation. Sad consecuences of Brexit and bad burocracy.
