This process was no problem. Everything was seamless. The signature process was so easy to do and the loan was approved right away. Money was an account next day.

Bitty appears to want to help. I applied for the first advancement, they ran my credit and granted me $5,500, but only granted me $4,900. This was due to fees they charged me, so I was not granted the full amount. Secondly, they started recouping the following week. I did not have a chance to build. Thirdly, they pull credit, but do not report to credit bureaus when you are paying the advancement back on time. Honestly, I needed the advancement and accepted the terms, but timing of the essence. You want to make a good business decision, but sometime due to certain circumstances this option was available, but later realized that this was not the best decision. Lastly, I do not feel that I am getting ahead, but will definitely be more careful in considering and evaluating everything before making the decision to taking another advancement. All I did was added another debt. I believe that they should allow the client time to pay back the advancement. Also, they should report to the credit bureau the on time payments. They're only options are weekly and daily, when there should be an third option, monthly. How are you truly helping the client if they qualify for an advancement, and they take it upon themselves to apply it to the previous advancement and refund you the difference to say they advanced you? Where is the logic? This is not to bad mouth Bitty, but for them to reconsider their terms to truly help small businesses financially.

He was very helpful in solving an issue that I was having and although it took several days to figure out, he worked diligently while always being professional, communicative, and sympathetic to my circumstance. Since I’m not able to respond to your response of my previous review let me help you out here. My name is William Hawk ex owner of a now closed business called black sheep repair services Llc. I got an advance from you and have the emails and text messages that back up everything I said and say. Your payment department violated federal law and took payments after being told that a bank account was closing and all of which was approved by your advance manager. There was supposed to be a stay of payments twice whilst I changed accounts and it wasn’t until someone in your support team saw the email saying “Quit taking my money” with the employees name in the header did your now managing ceo I believe is what his promotion was contacted me by phone. I informed him that I had texted said employee telling him twice not to take money from 2 accounts cause of the stay approval. which his response was “We don’t do that kind of thing I’m taking the money out anyway per your signed agreement”. Which is true the agreement was signed but since you had a stay of payments approved by management and I informed said employee to stop taking the money from those accounts you violated federal law and cost me $5k in fees from 2 banks. On top of that I made a request since you had illegally taken the money to give me the 2-4 weeks as promised in the stay agreement plus costs of the fees taken out of the loan. Your only demand was it be taken off the backend and I denied that in which case you held me in default and sent a head hunter M. Jones after me from RAB that’s the company name. Being that this is a debt collection company with no responsibility for sole proprietors only businesses you made the wrong decision. I had to point out to him that the business license showed 1 name mine not my family’s name which brings up the emails they sent out to every email address they could find on my credit report with details that should not have been shared with anyone. Not only that you didn’t have my permission since I I was a sole proprietor to share that information another federal law violation. But to my last point your underwriting department denied my re up request and get this because of bounced payments that your payment department did and I got blamed for aka “we’re taking the money regardless”. Your company is a joke violations of federal laws everywhere and no communication between loan managers and payment processors and everywhere in between. On top of which you take pride on preying on small businesses drowning them in interest payments then go after them personally when they have to close down. Your a fraud plain and simple prove me wrong.
