It was more so our broker that made promises that Bizcap may not have been aware of.
I can not reply to the comment made below, so making an edit...there were credits noted in the funding call that were not given as well. So the funding call was not as clean and clear as depicted below.

Third-party brokers operate independently, and sometimes those conversations may relate to other financing products or options they are also working with you on, separate from the financing ultimately approved and provided by Bizcap. This is one of the reasons we conduct a funding call directly with our clients before funding. During your call, our team reviewed the financing details with you and asked whether any additional commitments or promises had been made so that we could address them, ensure everyone was aligned, and clear up any expectations relating to a different financing option.
