Poor customer service & communication
Ordered 4 blinds mid March. 2 arrived a few days later. No explanation for other 2 blinds, had to chase by phone, email & WhatsApp. Only got response on WhatsApp. After much chasing, refund processed 8 June for 2 blinds. Appalling communication & customer service throughout the 3 months. Wanted to support an Irish company. Have ordered new ones from Blind Express based in Wexford.

When you ordered 4 blinds with specific codes, we noted that 2 of the codes didn't correspond to any known Fakro window. To ensure that we'd provide you with the right product, we requested a photo of the window plate which could identify the appropriate blind size. We even suggested that this could be done via WhatsApp for your convenience. However, we never received this crucial information which would have enabled us to process your order correctly.
Please understand that our primary concern was to ensure the correct fit and satisfaction for you, which is why we requested additional information.
We do recognise the inconvenience this might have caused, which is why we promptly issued a full refund for the 2 blinds we were unable to fulfill.
We're glad to hear that you found another supplier who could source the blinds you needed, and once again, we apologize for any discomfort or frustration our process may have caused you.
We truly appreciate your understanding and hope that you would give us another opportunity to serve you better in the future.
Excellent product and service
I ordered 1 blind when I needed 4 just to try it out. It arrived 5 working days later and was quick and easy to install. I have just ordered 3 more and have recommended to my friends.

You get what you pay for
Arrived as stated. Average quality, you can see cut marks on the blind from when it was sized. A pain to fit, slightly offset to one side by a few mill and this offset blind in the slider so I had to adjust the screws in the window frame, one screw is not flush and this also upsets trim, working fine now but aesthically the trim looks shoddy. it's true.... you get what you pay for.
ps. I'm a qualified aircraft fitter so I'm not exactly all thumbs

Your order was placed on the on the 1st of August. Your order was delivered via DPD on the 16th of August. (10 working days) as stated on our website. All our blinds are made to order and are not available off the shelf for next day delivery. This is stated on our website. Unfortunately we are unable to expedite orders based customer requests as to do so would impact upon other orders in production.

We have been using Bizzy Blinds for years for all our projects. Their price and quality is excellent. I think a small enough business can be hard to get on the phone sometimes, we always email them and they always get back. Product is spot on 100%

Faulty products & shocking service
Ordered a blind from this company. Blind is faulty when it arrived. Cannot use the product. Have called, always goes to voicemail, sent a whatapp as noted can be done on their site & social media, emailed, filled in an online contact form, messages on social media & have not received one response.
Very very disappointing customer care/after sales experience. I’m beginning to think this is some form of a scam company & not legit.
31/08/2022: Re comment below from Bizzy Blinds, I got someone in to fix the blind & fit it for me. I’ve no interest in dealing with a company who only respond AFTER I’ve commented on a public forum regarding the service. I fully stand by my review of appalling customer service! The tone of the comment below from Bizzy Blinds is exactly a reflection of what one would be dealing with! I’d 8 more windows needing blinds, ordered the first one as trial to see quality, things can go wrong for one reason or another but I’d rather pay more and deal with a company I can contact when things go wrong.

There has been no returns query raised for the order? Nor has there been any further communication since the 7th of July.
