I'm 56 and can honestly say Black Clover 🍀 customer service was without doubt the BEST I've experienced
It's bit a mouthful but.....
Black Clover. What can I say? I first discovered them while watching a Tony Robbins video. There was this sharp little baseball hat with a clover on the front and the words “Live lucky" — a simple but powerful quote that really inspired me.
I decided to treat myself and purchased the hat. At around $40, it felt like a lot for a cap, but I went for it.
Then things didn’t go quite to plan. The delivery didn’t arrive. I reached out to customer service, and from the very first contact, I was blown away. They were immediately apologetic, took full ownership of the issue, and quickly arranged a replacement. Even when that second delivery was delayed, they stayed proactive and communicative the whole time.
When the packages finally arrived, both the original order and the replacement showed up. I contacted them again to arrange returning the extra one, but they surprised me completely. They said this level of issue was unusual for them and kindly asked me to keep the extra hat as a gesture of goodwill — maybe give it to a friend or someone who would appreciate it.
I’ve rarely, if ever, experienced customer service like this. It was genuinely exceptional.
On top of that, the quality of the product itself is outstanding. I’ve owned many baseball caps over the years, but Black Clover’s craftsmanship, materials, attention to detail, and even the premium packaging are on another level. It feels like a truly high-quality product.
I couldn’t recommend Black Clover more highly. If you value excellent products backed by world-class customer service, this is the brand for you. I was so impressed that I’ve actually decided to subscribe to their monthly package so I can enjoy more of what they offer.
