BlackBelt Protein Avis

Disorganized company. They will fail to send your package, fail to sent you any confirmation that a package has been sent, and won't respond to your emails.

Do not rely on this company if you care about your progress.

Pretty scammy old shite. Very low end protein quality more milk powder and milk protein concentrates. The casein was not casein either. Don't waste your money. This is not cheap or quality. Been drinking whey and casein daily for over 15 years and never been bloated or as windy as this made me.

Product went off 8 months before expiry. Stored in original package as described. Contacted customer service and one response saying outside 30 days no refund . I have sent follow up emails with more information that have gone un responded.

Poor product and worse customer service

Use to buy cause they were cheap . But now they are way more expensive. Plus. They would always send me an email to do a review , and woukd get a 10% off . So I would do a review but not get the 10 % off

Always a pleasure to shop with you guys. Easy checkout, quick delivery, great flavours. What more could I ask for?

Let's face it, the food we eat is not providing us with the nutrients we need, not even close. I've been using BB collagen for a while now and not only the price is competitive, but the product is great, quality is superb and shipping is outstanding.

We bought two bags of the 1kg creatine bags to take advantage of their savings offer. Both bags gave off the awful fishy smell, when they were still about 70% full. This means the creatine has gone bad and we shouldn't use it anymore. We kept it in a dry/moderate temp spot on our pantry.
We contacted black belt to let them know about our experience and they said they could do a replacement. We were required to send the unused bags back to prove that we were telling the truth. We still had the bags and were prepared to send them back. We then accepted that proposal, to which they then responded and reversed that decision and said that it goes against their policy for returned goods - even though they had offered us a replacement. Pretty poor experience. Needless to say, we won't be purchasing with Black Belt protein again. What a waste!

Nothing wrong with the protein itself, seems to mix ok and tastes pretty good. The main issue is their use of Aramex as their shipping partner. Expect your parcel to show up weeks after you order, if at all.

“Best priced clean Grass Fed Protein Powder I have found.”

The best place to get supplements from. Hands down. Aussie and quality 🔥🔥

I purchased the Whey Protein Concentrate, as well as the Isolate specifically because the website states that it does not contain additives like lecithin. However, the products I received clearly lists sunflower lecithin in the ingredients (see attached photo).

This means the item is not as described on the website ingredients list, and I relied on that information when making my purchase.

Under Australian Consumer Law, products must match their advertised description.

Thanks..

Website is easy to navigate, email updates are helpful. Products are of good quality, well packaged and competitively priced. Postage is fair and goods arrive intact and in a timely fashion.

I love Blackbelt protien. The flavours are amazing, the price is fantastic and best of all it shakes perfect, no lumps and smooth every time.
